The hotel itself situated in a commercial building on the 14th floor but I didn’t expected, so it was difficult for us to find. I couldn't use the automatic check in system as we hold English passport and don't have China ID card, but the staff was very helpful and helped us to do manually check in, also refunded 50 Yuen to my account as they couldn't offer the big room I booked.
