JJongaI recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired.
Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly.
Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort.
One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff.
Overall, Hanting Hotel offered a decent stay with its convenient location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. However, improvements in sound insulation, room cleanliness, and inclusion of additional room amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience.

MMark NMy family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

這次來和潤住，體驗非常好，全程小果微信1v1貼心服務。12小時一直待在酒店，火鍋，中餐廳，洗浴都體驗了。房間有泡腳盆還貼心套上了一次性袋子，床品很舒服。晚上的火鍋自助很好吃，502服務小姐姐忘記名字了，服務一流。早餐餐品很全，唯一咖啡機不知道什麼故障，剛開始噴了我一身水和咖啡，隨機路過的姐姐服務員給我拿了一張濕巾。上午去了洗浴，搓得還行，服務中規中矩，沒有前台餐廳記憶猶新。退房前去了中餐廳，紅燒肉確實好吃。北方的酒店這樣的服務和品質確實不多，下次來體驗烤肉。

TT.W.LHotel conveniente, gratuito e confortevole vicino alla sinistra della South Exit, a fronte della stazione ferroviaria Changchun. C'è una sala da ginnastica e lavanderia che lo rendono una grande base per accedere alla parte nord-est della Changbaishan, come il sito UNESCO, Harbin, Dandong, Shenyang, Jilinand Yanji.
L'hotel, pur essendo in una posizione occupata, cerca di creare un ambiente rilassante, la camera ha anche musica di fondo/ambiente e Bluetooth per voi per attirare la vostra musica preferita.
I letti sono dotati di una cucina di memoria e di una cucina morbida, e il letto non è come un letto di tipo asiatico duro.

- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. 3. The staff ( a tall guy ) who welcome us is very friendly and help us to carry our bag. We also ask him about our trip destination and direction. Overall the staff we meet during our stay is good and willing to ask us. They will attend very fast once we call them.

UUtente ospite11 bambini con questo hotel sono completamente incisi sulla necessità di ”pulire”!La sua casa non è un edificio hotel tradizionale. 32 edifici indipendenti sono dispersi nel parco. Il salone, il ristorante a tempo pieno e la piscina sono concentrati nell'edificio principale. Abbiamo 7 camere doppie di paesaggio avanzato e viaggiare con un passeggero. Lo spazio della camera è ampio e pulito.Il nuovo stile cinese è elegante e ricco e si sentirà rilassato.Pochi minuti a piedi fuori possono andare al lago di Liudi, guardare il cielo nero e il suo arrogante giro, più comodo degli attrazioni di Liudi nella città.
Punto luminoso del servizio:
1. Il personale della reception è entusiasta, gestisce le procedure di soggiorno e di partenza in modo efficace e risponde con pazienza a tutti i tipi di domande.
2.Il servizio del personale di catering del ristorante è molto intimido: il mio bambino ha appena raggiunto il livello di prelievo per la colazione, non ho pensato che avrebbe iniziato a ricordare ”prendi il pasto prima, uscirai un po'per darti un sconto o un prezzo gratuito”, una frase che ci fa particolarmente caldo, Sento anche la flessibilità e la buona volontà dell'hotel.
3. La risposta tempestiva al servizio di camera d'albergo è che le esigenze proposte (come forniture supplementari, ghiaccio ecc.) possono essere risolte rapidamente e il processo di servizio è educato e attento.
4. Altri dipendenti dell'hotel (come il custode, la sicurezza) sono anche molto gentili. Quando incontrano, ci chiederanno il benvenuto. Vederemo i nostri figli, il bagaglio e le mani.
L'unico problema cattivo è la qualità di un altro ospite, che spesso ha un sacco di pasti residui sul tavolo e la carta da pranzo sul pavimento nel ristorante; nella sala di cambio della piscina, c'è chiaramente un gilet e un gilet speciali, o qualcuno ha usato il gilet e gli ibridi per lavare. HHosinoÈ un vecchio hotel a cinque stelle con un'illuminazione molto Shangri-La. Il personale della reception era entusiasta e ha aggiornato la nostra camera Anche se non riuscivamo a sentire la differenza tra le camere, ci hanno dato frutta, bevande e snack gratuiti. I cuscini del letto grande erano molto comodi e ho dormito molto bene. Inoltre, le strutture della sala fitness sono molto professionali, comprese le macchine Smith e le macchine a giunto singolo per varie parti.

Poiché era ancora a letto e non mi ha sentito entrare nel lobby, ho dovuto contattare Trip e un rappresentante del servizio clienti è stato veloce per aiutarmi a uscire. In breve, ho potuto lasciare il bagaglio e usare il bagno di una delle camere prima di andare a fare la mia avventura di un giorno in Changchun.
