Jharna Resort in Tadoba provides an exceptional experience. The food quality is excellent, and the arrangement of the tiger safaris is impressive, showcasing their commitment to wildlife experiences. The service is top-notch, with Amrut, the owner, standing out for his exceptional hospitality. Raj, the Manager, shines through his extreme helpfulness, while Bhagyashree's coordination skills are spot on. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, enhancing the overall stay. Highly recommended for an enjoyable and comfortable stay, especially for wildlife enthusiasts.

The premises could be managed better even in off season. Huge area but staff on leave being a lean period may have hampered the maintenance. Nevertheless this place is worth the money spent. Furniture and interiors in dinning space and reception area require the attention of the proprietors. Raj Patankar the GM extremely positive and brilliant person. Could meet him in person but his communication on phone was constant and he had been monitoring his staff while on leave at Mumbai. Sandeep Muske, Sanjay the chef, serves finger licking stuff. The house keeping staff, Prafull and Asmita ensuring the room is kept neat n tidy. Deepak and Ashish manning the dinning hall, ever ready to serve with a smile. God bless, may you all take the resort to greater heights.

I want to highlight the staff was very caring. In particular Chef Sanjay took personal care of all my meals and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Great work Chef!! The Premium rooms are spacious and comfortable. The resort is close to the gate.

Super stay and excellent service. Stay is like staying in jungle.Special thanks to chef Sanjay for delicious and tasty food. Also thanks to Bhumesh for the best service. Must visit and stay this jungle resort. Suggest to have driver's accommodation for better stay.

I visited from Jan 11 to 14 2025 It is very decent resort with good rooms and good food ... value for money. People are also very hospitable. A very good experience. Please plan the trip at least 2 months in advance so that you do the safari in core zone.

Had an excellent experience during my stay from 8th to 11th Jan 25 Special mention for the kitchen staff who was very prompt and courteous, served us some mouth watering, authentic chicken and veg dishes. House keeping was to the mark keeping it very clean and absolutely hygienic. Keep up the excellent work Looking forward to revisiting again Suggest the management to introduce a Spa facility would certainly help after the bumpy safari drives.

We stayed at Jharna Resort from 4th to 5th January 2025. While the resort has a pleasant ambiance and is good for relaxation, there are a few areas that need improvement. The food was not very tasty, and the menu was quite limited. Room service was average and could be more prompt. The resort could benefit from adding more amenities like indoor games and swings for photo enthusiasts. Additionally, the management didn’t seem very proactive in assisting with safari bookings, and there doesn’t appear to be a proper tie-up with safari gates. Overall, it’s a decent place, but there’s room for enhancement.

The staff and chef are friendly and proactive, which is a positive aspect of the resort. However, the Sapphire room, though the best option, needs repainting, and the flooring requires better cleaning. The bathroom was initially dirty and had to be cleaned. The geyser’s low capacity made the bathtub unusable. A snake spotted outside the room raised safety concerns, especially for kids and adults at night. The food, though spicy, was decent, but the buffet spread was small and not worth the Rs. 3500 charged. Overall, the resort needs improvements, especially since better options like Tuli Resorts are available at similar pricing.

Overall we enjoyed the stay at Jharna Resort. It is located close (200 meters) from the Navegaon gate and probably the best stay option in that area. The food in the Restaurant was also good, the packed breakfast basket was good but not as luxurious as some of the other jungle resort breakfast boxes. The only issue we faced and hence 4/5 rating is that there was a musty/moist smell in the Sapphire cottage that we stayed in (Room 109).
