Jharna Resort in Tadoba provides an exceptional experience. The food quality is excellent, and the arrangement of the tiger safaris is impressive, showcasing their commitment to wildlife experiences. The service is top-notch, with Amrut, the owner, standing out for his exceptional hospitality. Raj, the Manager, shines through his extreme helpfulness, while Bhagyashree's coordination skills are spot on. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, enhancing the overall stay. Highly recommended for an enjoyable and comfortable stay, especially for wildlife enthusiasts.

Okayish resort. The resort needs maintenance! The indoor games were in real bad shape. The swimming pool was not cleaned for many months. When I pushed hard for cleaning the swimming pool they cleaned kids pool on my last day. There was a water leakage from the AC in the room. I could tell that water was leaking from the AC since many days because of the mold near vents. The water was leaking directly on the bed in the night. After complaining many times, they changed the room and the new room was not that great. The booking office from Nagpur will insist you to pay with cash and we all know the reason for that. However, I must say that the staff in the resort were helpful. Jharna resort could be great resort considering the location, place and amenities but the property is let down due to poor maintenance and lack of upkeep. When you are demanding money (Rs 9500 /day for 3 Adults) the guests have every right to demand.

We were to Tadoba be be a part of the Machsn stay that is hosted on the Buddha Purnima night. We checked in the night before. It was late evening. The moon was already up. The place was picturesque at dusk. We were provided a welcome drink on arrival. We booked the room for two nights. And as we would stay on the machan for the second night, we requested them to allow us a late checkout so that we could have makeup sleep for the sleepless night. They allowed and took care that we sleep undistubed. The room was clean. The common area was interesting. The swimming pool was becknoning. Food was good, albeit a little high priced. The staff at the restaurant took proper care of us, which we liked a lot.

Stayed at this resort with friends n family. The staff were very caring and courteous. Chef Sanjay was exceptional in his service, served according to our food preferences.Food was great. Overall had a good and comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend this resort.

Jharna resort is a great place to stay . Our group of friends enjoyed and were impressed by the exceptional service . Chef Sanjay personally inquired our food preferences , very tasty food . Mr Bhumesh and his team at the front desk are very courteous and attended immediately for any request . Thoughourly enjoyed.

The premises could be managed better even in off season. Huge area but staff on leave being a lean period may have hampered the maintenance. Nevertheless this place is worth the money spent. Furniture and interiors in dinning space and reception area require the attention of the proprietors. Raj Patankar the GM extremely positive and brilliant person. Could meet him in person but his communication on phone was constant and he had been monitoring his staff while on leave at Mumbai. Sandeep Muske, Sanjay the chef, serves finger licking stuff. The house keeping staff, Prafull and Asmita ensuring the room is kept neat n tidy. Deepak and Ashish manning the dinning hall, ever ready to serve with a smile. God bless, may you all take the resort to greater heights.

I want to highlight the staff was very caring. In particular Chef Sanjay took personal care of all my meals and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Great work Chef!! The Premium rooms are spacious and comfortable. The resort is close to the gate.

I visited from Jan 11 to 14 2025 It is very decent resort with good rooms and good food ... value for money. People are also very hospitable. A very good experience. Please plan the trip at least 2 months in advance so that you do the safari in core zone.
