Staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Big rooms, great view of the giant field and town. Bathroom could use deep cleaning. Would absolutely stay there again with my family and actually already have on 2 occasions. Decent food. Great location for shops and restaurants. Recommend

Lovely place, spacious rooms and excellent service. We did not have a 'room with a view', yet the passages are large enough to hang out and enjoy the mountains and the setting sun. The open air restaurant and its wood-fired pizza make the time spent memorable. On one of the days, the towels and napkins were not replaced during room-service, but they did it after we called the reception. A strongly recommended place if you want to spend time at Dalousie.
