Literally one minute from the public saltwater ramp, then 15 minutes boat ride to the Intracoastal Waterway, Blackbeard, St. Catherine's and Sapelo Islands, Atlantic Ocean and beaches. See dolphins every boating trip. Great fishing for flounder, trout, redfish, head offshore for the big stuff....King and Spanish Mackeral, Grouper, Barracuda. Private bedroom, Queen size bed, plus a big common room with fold out sofa, dinette table, kitchen with full size fridge, sink, microwave, large toaster oven, coffee maker and dishwasher. Please note: while a convection oven and microwave are included, there is no full size oven or stovetop. The large screened in back porch (only) is shared with the other Suite. The Georgia coast is one of the most pristine natural areas on earth. Come see it for yourself ! (For some reason, some booking sites (Expedia, for one) describes this duplex unit as "Adult Only." This is not correct. Children are welcome, and children may occupy the separate rental space next door.) This is a completely private side of a duplex building, sharing only the rear porch.
