The Bird house is right in the middle of the areas best attractions. It sits only 3 miles from Little River Canyon. While being only 4 miles away from DeSoto State Park. This cabin is perfect for a couples romantic retreat. Single bedroom, one bath cabin. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, a balcony leading out of the bedroom that overlooks the beginning of a 20 acre wooded lot. A custom large walk In shower with a clear glass door. Nicely decorated throughout and has a very warming feeling as soon as you walk in. Its fully stocked with kitchen utensils and pans. The cast iron skillets are to be used if you wish as well. We have a charcoal grill on the porch for those who like to cookout. The HOT TUB is a favorite among guest, perfect mood to light up the large outdoor firepit at night and sit back in the private hot tub, such a romantic and relaxing experience. The cabin sits at the front of a 20 acre lot that puts you right at natures door step. Great phone service and you can be in town within a 8 minutes drive. We are very close to Weiss lake at 17 minutes, Fort Payne reservoir at 10 minutes and Dekalb County lake at 20 minutes. Its extremely private, has a large hot tub, a nice sitting area or you can explore the wilderness right outside the back door. The cabin will make you feel as your all by yourself yet your less than 8 minutes to town. We also have great phone and internet service. The kids and adults both will enjoy the moments around the unique fire pit, It offers huge oversized boulders that many friends can sit around for late night fun and marsh mellows. The cabin is completely surrounded by thick trees and sits on a dense private wooded 5 acre lot. We also keep a charcoal grill at the back porch for those that like to grill out. We are about a 17 minute drive to Weiss lake, or a 10 minute drive to Fort Payne water reservoir and within 20 minutes Dekalb County Lake. So bring those kayaks and boats along with you for some great fishing. Beautiful 2 bedroom cabin sitting atop of the famous lookout mountain. Tastefully decorated throughout. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with an entrance door to the rear deck and hot tub. The second bedroom has a full size bed. This is the perfect location to see Little River Canyon, DeSoto Falls and Mentone. The adventurous Little River Canyon is only 1 turn and 4 miles away. You can also be at the DeSoto State Park in just a short 8 minute drive. Extremely convenient to all of the must see shops, top rated hiking trails and some of Alabama's greatest waterfalls all within some of the shortest drives. If getting out and exploring isn't your thing, we have TV's in every room with plenty of movies and tv shows to stream through while you relax away.Very nice and private 4 person hot tub enclosed on the rear porch with multi color lights for setting the perfect mood.
