Non saprei da dove cominciare...era in offerta al 50% circa per i clienti diamond(wow...) e in effetti é quello che offrivano,la metà di cio che ci si puo aspettare,e anche meno.La struttura é ben posizionata in riva al mare,e questo é tutto ció di positivo di cui posso parlare.Il resto é quello che ci si puó aspettare da una struttura vecchia,conservata male,personale svogliato e a volte insufficiente.Le foto e i servizi offerti non sono aggiornati,deprimente vedere una bella struttura del passato in questo stato di abbandono,a livelli di hotel a 2 stelle,ho prenotato per due notti ma me ne sarei andato dopo un'ora.Colazione sufficiente,non aspettatevi granché.

Great and massive hotel, with amazing amenities and relaxing vibe. Service is top notch! Location is a bit secluded, which has pros and cons, very quiet and safe, but can be a bit difficult to travel around for other sites, or getting food that is not in the hotel. Overall, we had a great time using their pools, especially the child pool with slides!

The resort is located next to beach which is nice. Good for kids but the room is very outdated and seriously need some renovation. Very old air condition and noisy. Shower and toilet is very very old. I was quite shock..

An excellent breakfast. The pool was really nice. Location was a little far from Hua hin.

An extremely large hotel. Had stayed here in the past but it’s not what it once was as some amenities/services had been discontinued (spa closed) and others were extremely tired due to the passing of time (fitness center). The gardens and lounging spaces around the pool were very nice and comfortable and the poolside food and drink options good. The water quality of the pool could have been better. Exercise caution when selecting a room as some rooms are renovated and quite good and others are not. Sister property next door should be considered if one wants a top-level experience.

We stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights were wonderful. The hotel felt very quiet and peaceful, with only about 5 people at most in the swimming pool. But on the last night, things changed as more guests arrived for the long Thai holiday weekend. In the morning of our checkout, we went down for breakfast and were shocked to find the main dining room completely full. A staff member directed us to another dining area on the left wing of the hotel, while our room was in the right wing so it was already quite a walk. Unfortunately, that dining room was also overcrowded. Tables that had just been vacated weren’t cleared yet, the buffet lines were extremely long and even fried eggs couldn’t come out fast enough. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic, with staff rushing around but not really keeping up. We ended up sitting and waiting for a while, but it didn’t help! More and more guests kept coming down and the lines only grew longer. It was disappointing that the hotel didn’t seem prepared to handle the crowds, especially since they would have known in advance about the long weekend.

The hotel is located in a good location, not far from Hua Hin town. The room is big, the facilities are old but usable. The breakfast is good and we enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the beach is not there to walk and the current was so strong. Hopefully that the beach would come back. The staff are helpful and very attentive to your request.

Very impressed with this hotel, all staffs and the room for three super spacious. I went to this place with my family. Stay here make me feel like home. If I have sometime to rest and relax, I will come back again for sure. PS. Breakfast was superb( must try)

Clean beachfront hotel with a great atmosphere. Good seaside restaurant nearby. Kid-friendly pool & playground. Perfect for family relaxation!

Large hotel and big pool. Nice and friendly staff from front desk to the golf cart driver.
