I love this place so much, this is my second time staying here. The service staff is very kind and smiling. The room is clean and beautiful. I will choose Vala next time.

The room wasn't clean so well on the floor. Lovation us disappointed can not walk on beach... which already asked before purchased... service and amenities was so so compare with other hotel..

This hotel is by far the nicest I’ve been in for a long time. Great service great views and great room. The only criticism would be the food was not the best when I ordered in my room. Overall 5/5

It is an amazing experience staying at Vala. The staffs are nice and friendly. The swimming pool is fantastic with a perfect view. The room is comfortable. I would definitely come back.

A resort is very cozy have a great view. A reception are very kind and nice the help us to get a room quite quickly. A room is very clean have a lot of space. A Breakfast have a lot type of food also very delicious.

Staffs at reception was nice but we had to wait till 4pm for checkin. Staff at breakfast wasnt nice. Saying what she needed , never find kindness . we ordered egg omelette. It was ready for a while but servers didnt notice it. There was too many guests and the system didnt seem to handle. Room cleaning service was very good, very thankful for the room cleaning staff.

It was a super nice stay. All the places in the hotel are clean. Greenery everywhere. The restaurant is very nice. The presentation of food is nice and the food is delicious as well. Service of the staff is very good. I met Peem and Earn at the poolside bar. We had a wonderful chat with them and their service are great, always have smiles along with them. I enjoyed very much. The pool and the facilities around it are great. The worst thing about the hotel is the speed of the housekeeping service. I had waited for over 40mins for some extra bath towels and waited for over 35mins for some extra toilet paper. There was no extra toilet paper in the toilet nor in the room. But I definitely highly recommend this hotel and will surely stay in it if I come to Hua Hin again.
