Credo che devi addestrare alcune delle tue acque per essere amichevole e per imparare a salutare i clienti.La cameriera che lavorava quella lunedì mattina non ci ha accolti, ci ha appena chiesto cosa volevamo mangiare e ci ha voluto circa 30 minuti per portarmi latte caldo e fate un po'di tè e quando porta il latte non era caldo Quando lasciamo il pranzo non si preoccupava nemmeno di chiedere se ci piaceva il colazione o no.Un'altra cosa è che non mi piaceva la cena.Il mio consiglio è chiamare i clienti e scoprire cosa preferiscono Mangiare così che tu possa prepararti prima che arrivino perché in fretta ho chiesto la salada di frutta, ma non c'era nessuna, e questa è la mia preferenza.

When we arrived to check-in the lady at the counter couldn't access our booking which I had made on *********** and she made it seem as if this was our fault which was a bit frustrating. We had to wait quite a while until she was able to access it to confirm that I had already paid for the booking. The hotel itself was beautiful. The carpets in the bedrooms should be removed or updated as they are old and stained and spoils an otherwise lovely room! The biggest issue we faced was that the generator stopped working during our stay...mind you this was during a heatwave and the situation was handled poorly by staff. We had to go to our rooms early because staff was closing down the bar and outside area when loadshedding kicked in. They had no emergency lights at all to give to guests to use in the rooms which besides being unacceptable is also a safety risk. What if someone gets hurt or injured on your property in the dark? The staff had no response to anything except to say that they could not help us with anything and could not even look us in the eye. My parents who are in the 70s had to make their way up the stairs and be in their rooms with no lights available at all. The hotel is dark in general and with no lights on at all was not a pleasant experience. How were people supposed to use the bathroom as well in the dark? Staff should have also atleast made sure people had enough water as there was a heatwave with no aircons. Extremely disappointed that we paid to stay at this hotel and did not receive the general facilities we should have had and the attitude from the staff was unacceptable. Very disappointing to have paid so much for this experience
