Upon arrival, I discovered that the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, as I was unable to adjust it to my desired temperature. I promptly informed the front desk before leaving the hotel for some time.
When I returned, I was informed that the issue had been addressed, and I was told that the temperature variation was limited to 3 degrees. For example, if set at 28°C, the temperature would remain around 25°C.
However, later that night, the air conditioning became excessively cold. I have attached pictures and videos for your reference. Despite attempting to increase the temperature and restarting the system several times, I was unable to achieve a comfortable setting.
This situation caused significant discomfort during my stay. As I have had pleasant experiences at your hotel in the past, I am writing to bring this matter to the attention of your management. I kindly request an acknowledgment and a response regarding this issue.
I lodge this complaint at the hotel, they acknowledge received my email but after 5 days no reply

CCHI KWONG GARYI arrived very late and was pleasantly surprised that the staff could identify me by name as soon as I entered the hotel. Check-in was swift, smooth, and handled with utmost professionalism. The staff member attending to me was polite, efficient, and made the process seamless. The hotel’s restaurants looked amazing, though unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to try them as I had to check out early the next morning. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Ppanda9Location is easy to find & free parking is provided. We arrived at night & managed to check in to our room fast & without hassle. Unfortunately there is few insects found in our room upon check in (which probably appear due to the consecutive raining days). I notified the front desk receptionist on this situation and he upgraded my room immediately. The new room is clean and we’re happy with it. Thumbs up for the excellent customer service! Will come back to this hotel again for next trip

UUtente ospiteOverall the apartment is cozy. We loved the stay. The swimming pool is very basic type just meant for kids. There is a table tennis and a simple gym for guests. The apartment is clean. However after the next day os our stay, my wife's eyes was bitten by some bugs which we found at the master bedroom. Her face and eyes got swollen badly. I search online and found out that these bugs are very poisonous. I know the hotel management can't control the bugs from flying into the unit. But we as guests shouldn't suffer this kind of painful experience too. The management has yet revert me of what action should I take now.. I am writing this review so that all guests should always check their unit for these flying bugs. Other than that, this apartment is a good choice to stay. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

DDarth.L'hotel ERNES è un'opzione solida, a buon mercato e con camere pulite e confortevoli. Le camere sono semplici ma ben mantenute, con letto decente e bagno in camera con acqua calda.
L'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla di Bandar Perda, con facile accesso a negozi locali, ristoranti e solo una breve gita per le attrazioni vicine a Bukit Mertajam o Penang.
Perfetto per chi cerca un non-frill rimane con grande valore per il prezzo.

OOoy YokeHotel moderno e confortevole, situato nella zona di Iconic City, con molte opzioni per la cena. Tuttavia, se la stanza è condivisa con un collega, allora potrebbe non essere molto conveniente, poiché il bagno di lavaggio è situato fuori dal bagno, accanto a un basso contatore con la caldaia e tazze. Per migliorare - fornire mat di pavimento nella zona di immersione come il pavimento potrebbe diventare bagnato quando l'ospite usa il pavimento.
