Had my 2 nights stay here.. and got charge for little stain on bed, which clearly is washable..

Very clean hotel, not a single hair found ✅ Staff very friendly ✅ The amenities makes me feels like home ✅ Got lift for my parents ✅ Affordable price ✅ Very recommended ✅✅✅

Good to stay. Good hospitality.

Tidy but there is a room of improvement need to be done, cleanliness, equipment check like hair dryers not working and the bathroom shower take longer time to have hot water

Good location. Very near Sunway Carnival Mall and restaurants nearby. Public parking during working hours are limited but adequate otherwise Service is friendly and timely Facilities are all in good working condition

Affordable & suitable for business trip.. just room’s floor is not really clean bcs i can feel the dirt.. but just fine.

The room was comfortable, clean and presentable. Service from staff was excellent, very helpful and entertaining to guests needs. Pn Siti Hajar from front desk was friendly and helpful.will definitely stay here in future trips,

Slightly better than last time. Room is clean, only complain is the super slow lift.

Very near to Sunway Carnival Mall. The only trouble we had was parking space. Very busy place during days. Hard to find empty spot to park our car during daytime.

The Family room is dusty and still have food left over from previous customer.

I think it was great for short stay. The location very convenience as they are nearby 24/7 mart.
