Arrived late around 1am after long traffic jem before terowong menora ipoh. Greet by staff well. Express check in. They collected deposit Rm100. This 3rd time im staying here. I like this hotel because they have all facilities that i needed. As you can see in my picture below. Foods nearby walkable so dont have to worry. Parking also got but you have to put coupons or else using MBSP apps. I always park at the back of the hotel building which is easier . Overall is a nice hotel to stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was quite spacious with a large bed. There are several eateries within walking distance, which is a plus. The only downside is the soundproofing—it's possible to hear people walking and talking in the hallway, as well as traffic noise from the nearby highway. Despite that, I was still able to get a good night’s sleep. This hotel is perfect for those visiting for work or attending weddings. I’d recommend it and would definitely return if I have an event in Penang or Kedah.

Great location! local market, sunway carnival mall, Billion shopping centre, medical centre, government clinic, f&b, temple of worships all just within walking distance.
ample of parking but without cover. You will be getting wet when walk to take your car during rainy day. Free parking and must be validate your card every time before go out.
The room is clean.
Book & requested for an extra bed(within RM100 per night), pay at hotel when check-in.

My stay at The Light Hotel was an absolute delight! The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, complete with a comfortable bed. The breakfast served at the restaurant was delectable, and the ambiance was enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s location was also convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

First time lodged in the hotel. Surprised that the room is not small compared to other budget hotel at the similar price. Room was big, clean and staff was friendly. Aircond is of bigger size and works perfectly for me. Excellence budget hotel for business travellers that aim for clean, cheap, friendly and nice location!

ZZhi WenWhat I like: Friendly housekeeper. Property is new and clean, the bed seems to be clean and hygienic. No dirty/dusty spots in room and at corners. Drinking water dispenser is available at common area. Iron & ironing board at common area. Table & chairs at common area is helpful for getting some work done on laptop. Great place for a good night sleep, no noise issues during my stay. Standard USB ports (2x) on the power socket is available, if you forget your charger or need more ports.
What can be improved: Slow Wi-Fi (DL: 4mbps, UL: 0.5mbps) but it's likely an issue with the area and not unique to this property. Wi-Fi password can be displayed in room or common area. Onboarding and checking in process can be more seamless. Sound proofing of rooms is not great. No hairdryer. I did not use the pool, but if you plan on using it, you may need to inform property owner to prepare beforehand as there were little water in the pool.

Le camere degli hotel sono pulite e confortevoli, e il colazione ha diverse opzioni. Ho detto in questo hotel molte volte, ma questa volta non c'erano i saluti di benvenuto, e mi hanno organizzato di rimanere in una stanza inferiore. (Anteriormente sempre in camere di piano superiore, che ha una migliore vista e privacy)

OOoy YokeNice modern business hotel in a convenient location in the Iconic City area, with lots of dining options. Comfortable room size for 1 or 2 persons. However, if room is shared with colleague, then it may not be very convenient as the washing sink is located outside of the bathroom, next to a low counter with the kettle and cups. To improve - provide floor mat at the sink area as the floor might get wet when guest uses the sink.

MMCLee RichardSupposed to be NON Smoking but the room allocated was full of cigarette smell . Rules are not implemented as we found there are guests smokhang inside the room and at first floor lobby as well.
There isn't double layer curtain blinds except the thick curtain so you can't open the thick curtain as others can see through the window .
There isn't any any shower door except a very fragile/ thin layer of cheap plastic screen that could not prevent the water from spilling towards the bathroom door and flooding the whole floor that has made it very slippery.
Towet rack is installed too high , you may find it difficult to reach.
TV reception is so poor you couldn't tell which channel or program is playing.
Overall ,room is clean but others are disappointing and room rate is expensive.
Will not recommend anyone to stay .
