I love the location and convenience of this place. I love that there is space to play games together as a family and the pool and slide are another great place to spend time together.
The staff were friendly and courteous.
There was a shortage of bath towels in the room and there were food and candy wrappers behind the dresser and on the floor. Also, There was a weird smell upon entering the room.
Breakfast was good, but lacking on the protein end. I was told they usually have hard boiled eggs but they were out.

People banging doors all night filthy nasty in door pool I would not recommend this to anyone plus over charged and working on getting money back from being double charged. Will never stay at a super 8 again. I wasn’t expecting fancy or anything close I just wanted a decent place to crash out at night and was very disappointed

Pool water was terrible, chlorine was burning everyone’s eyes no ventilation, pool water was hotter then the hot tub and the children had coughs and burnt eyes all night. When we tried to tell a staff member they all passed the buck and took no action. Won’t stay ever again. No towels, amenities, pillows like pulling teeth to get the things we paid for.

There were stains on the curtains and bed. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned for some time. Had to go buy sandals to walk around. We left as soon as we got up.

Friendly welcoming staff greeted me with a very clean and orderly lodging, with good food and quiet room, without highway nor airport noises.

Room was great and clean, ingot a early breakfast even though it was 5am.
My complaint is the TV size is a bit small and the screen was not fully functional, the top half of it was to dim to see with any light on.

Frankly, the only reason I use this facility is free parking. Other than that, the place is a disgrace. And, I had too wait around 20 minutes for an airport pickup at 11 PM. Your lady that has worked with you for several years has zero, nada personality and I assume she lives on site so we needed to wait for her to get up as another person was behind the desk when we checked in. Very, very poor expression of Super 8's reputation.

Facility ran out of continental breakfast items both days I was there about 45 minutes before the end of service.
I know its NOT the facility's fault, BUT a lot of residents smoked up the building (from the outside) so you couldn't open your room window for fresh air.
