Il secondo giorno del mio soggiorno, ho notato che l'acqua si accumulava durante la doccia e non veniva scaricata correttamente. Ha informato il portiere maschio, poi ha suggerito di chiamare il servizio in camera. Ma non posso chiamare il servizio in camera ogni volta che ho finito di farmi la doccia perché sarebbe una seccatura. Ho quindi chiesto di cambiare stanza ma lui non è riuscito a procedere, ha affermato che era come da sistema. Quindi il giorno successivo ho raccontato alla portinaia le mie preoccupazioni e ho chiesto di cambiare stanza. Ha capito ed è riuscita a procedere. La stanza attuale non ha problemi.

Non capisco perché un hotel così buono con valutazioni di prestigio abbia servizi scadenti. La ragazza del servizio clienti mi dava fastidio. L'elettricità si è interrotta mentre stavo usando l'asciugacapelli. Ho chiamato il servizio in camera ma impiegano molto tempo per risolverlo. Il WiFi ha una cattiva connessione. La coperta sembra non essere cambiata, ha disgustose macchie marroni.

Ho ottenuto il prezzo più economico da Trip. Ho prenotato una camera Executive al Trip mentre ho preso solo una camera deluxe con altre app di prenotazione di hotel. Ho avuto una brutta esperienza a mezzanotte, mancava l'elettricità solo nella mia stanza, ho chiamato l'addetto alla reception e poi loro, gli elettricisti, sono venuti al più presto per risolvere il problema. Buon lavoro. La vista è incredibile, la camera è spaziosa, la pulizia è eccellente. Il miglior soggiorno di compleanno di sempre nella mia vita. Torneremo ofc.

Ok location by car, but not really walking distance to anything interesting. The lifts were under renovation when we were there so we had to wait a long time. Not the cleanest but all amenities provided. Breakfast is basic.

A mixed experience... Booked for two nights, however plan changed and I informed the hotel while check in that please request 1 day early check out while I request to trip.Com for same and refund for second night. Staff was nice to assist. Trip replied that they await property approval for refund and I waited.. So it was property side kept delaying as I finally conclude now.#* Upon getting in room it wasn't an ambience of a pleasant feeling where n how it should be in a 4 star, not close to the 4 star qualities, adding up was a noisy youth groups check in and had noises jumping and running, knocking doors till past midnight corridors and neighbor rooms., I made several complains to reception and had some improvement and got some sleep. If their CCTV working, footage of these will all be available to verify. In the morning, property reception informed me, as an apology to the noises and my experience of stay, they would approve early checkout refund request. I was please to their acknowledgement and checkout by midday. Received an email following at night 9.xx pm from Trip.com about the refund request rejection by property. So it appears to be a big lie to guest.#* I would like to have trip.com act to this professionally and have verification done. Will Thank Trip.com if they this is verified as request.

I had an incredible experience Best Western Mangga Dua Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. To my surprise, they upgraded my room to a suite free of charge, an unexpected and delightful gesture. What made it even better was that they didn’t require any deposit, which made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The suite was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

Terrible place. They tried to make me pay more than what I saw in the apps. After I booked, they gave me the worst room in the hotel (or maybe all rooms look like this). Very unclean and unsanitary.

Hotel was good enough for a two nights stay. The room was a bit dated, the holder for the air con remote was barely hanging on, the floor had what looked like paint drips that dried up over time, it was a bit dated needed a bit or more maintaince. The elevators took a long time to come to the floor and go up and down. Might have been to have more since there are so many floors. Was surprised when there were loud sounds coming from a speaker outside which could be an alarm for prayer time during the early morning around 4:30am. It went on for a while. The buffet breakfast spread was well equipped with a variety of choices.

Walking distance to mangga dua. Hotel clean. Recommended.

My first time stayed at this hotel, the reason is to attend the Expo at jakarta. The location of hotel is not strategic and crowded to get in and out from hotel. The hotel looks old, the room also quite old and dusty.
