자카르타 중심에서 약간 남쪽으로 치우쳤으나 MRT 및 주요 고속도로에서 접근이 매우 우수!! 시설은 좋으나 리노베이션을 한다면 훨씬 비싸질 것임. 다른 로컬 호텔에 비해 조식이 좋을 수 있으나 전반적읋 업그레이드가 필요해 보임

Love this hotel and the service from Shania,yuli, and desi very excellent for greeting and me escort for table. Love the food they provide here. The rooms are really clean. Love the Indonesian drinks that they provide at breakfast

Had a really nice stay at The Sultan Hotel Jakarta. It gaves you the Bali vibes. In case you are missing Bali, then The Sultan Hotel Jakarta is the option for you! Services and hospitality was very awesome. Shout out to Pak Dafriyanofa, Pak Bayu (Boy), and Mas Ansel for always be there to help us during our stay at The Sultan Hotel Jakarta. Please go find Pak Bayu (Boy) if you want to take a photo ;) his skill for taking a very beautiful shot was awesome. When it is already in the evening, you will see a very beautiful scenery of the Jakarta Citylights and also the Gelora Bung Karno stadium. Will definitely a yes to comeback to The Sultan Hotel Jakarta!

First staycation with all family during holiday school, the sultan hotel first choice, first impression from kindness of reception miss Ulfa, great experience during stay, food delicious, clean, tidy space environment comfort for children, especialy location is near to even car free day of Jakarta during sunday will give you more unforgetable moment with family.

Best experience due to solo trip business time to Jakarta Intercultural School on 8th July 2023. Need to be more inspected sooner about refurnished and also reparation of some stains in some part of areas of my room. But so far still great value for the price and location!

Booked 2 rooms here for NYE, hot water in the bathtub didn't seem running well. Howevee we had a quiye enjoyable NYE dinner at lagoon cafe, staff (waiter, host and chefs) were responsive and helpful including Pak Barus. Hence, keep the good work!

Mba nike was really helpful. Our deluxe room wasnt ready until the check in time. So she upgraded our room to Grand Deluxe room. Thank you , Mba Nike . You have made our reservation easier and we are so happy for your service.

Excellent service. Our room was upgraded and it was so spacious. One of the best part is the lagoon restaurant services. We had Mother’s Day lunch with whole family, and all staff, manager and chef were very nice. It feels home staying here. We will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you Pak Andri and chef for always very friendly and so kind.

Very central location in one of Jakartas iconic hotels with a great heritage, and very friendly service people, especially in the breakfast area with Andri. Rooms need to be renovated, and the reception better in its organisation.

Fanni and Nike they r nice and warmly welcome easy going we love the hotel through them . First time come to Jakarta and hopefully we back again for another time. Thank you for nice hospitality and great service
