I booked here because breakfast provided . It’s small but plenty variance to choose . Daily breakfast with 2/3 main course to choose , I like porridge 🥣 and walking distance to famous shopping mall

Wen I reach ,the cke in wen smoothly..staff are friendly..de hotel is very near to most of the shopping area like thamrin city.,grand indo....and there are plenty of street food.....except de room is smaller,de toilet is smaller...the housekeeper always kept de room clean...she is friendly....keep it up...well my holiday wen smoothly.....

Overall experience was good. The hotel was in the center of the city and very convenient to go to the malls nearby (walking distance).

Location wise is perfect !! very near to Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia.. there are many food vendors around the area. What I'm annoyed about is i checked in quite late so I felt the hotel has plenty of time to make sure the customer's room is clean. unfortunately once enter the room i saw few strands of hairs on the floor.. later at night i found out the bathroom is not properly clean.. there are patches of white spots on the walls, the floor is slightly yellowish.. I was feeling very tired, when I pulled the blanket I saw an orange stain on the sheet. In addition, there was also some damage to the window making my sleep disturbed.

All services are good and location very strategic. Maybe 1 thing that I want to highlight, please more attention to the toilet add some fragrance/perfume for toilet

Our 1st time stayed here.. Staff is friendly. Overall is ok. Will consider to repeat staying here again if i clme nearby this place.

The room is fully equipped, Although it's a bit small and some of the facilities are older, but everything is useful. It's in an excellent central location, and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the rooftop lounge bar isn't open in the morning.

Room air cond not cold, informed maintenance but maint staff only measured the air temp at fcu and informed was normal, but told them that the max air flow is low and probably due to dirty filters but he said they will clean according to their schedule. Found 1 big cockroach in the toilet and managed to kill it otherwise will have difficulty sleeping.

Easy check-in and check-out. Good location. The is not big but clean.

It was a nice hotel and great location but in terms of cleanliness, need to do better. The breakfast is good and has variety of food. Overall, 3 stars.

Well the rooms are smaller than a toilet and got a lot of ant’s inside the room 2pm was my check in time but untill 4pm their rooms was occupied so over all my experience there was terrible
