Very friendly and helpful staff. The only minor nuisance was no breakfast, seeing as I’m travelling on a budget and this hotel was already outside of my budget; so to advertise breakfast and then not offer it is not acceptable.

Room itself and the staff were excellent. But the lack of communication was a major issue

This property was wonderful from check-in to check-out. The lovely Sandra at the front desk was very friendly and warm and gave me the tour of the room and also recommended some restaurants and tourist routes for me to take. The location is just west of the Macedonian Square, so that made seeing all the sights very convenient. The bed was large and comfortable, and the air-con was strong and made the heat of Skopje infinitely more bearable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained as well. Overall the service and the room were both excellent and I can recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Skopke!

Desde el primer momento te sientes como en casa. La atención en recepción es magnífica (en especial la de Stefan). Las habitaciones están limpias, las instalaciones son muy cómodas y la localización es inmejorable, a pocos pasos de la Plaza Macedonia y de muchos restaurantes y cafeterías.

daha önce bir çok kez konakladığım otel , uçuşumda yaşanan sorundan dolayı , konaklama yapamadım , uçuşumda değişiklik oldu , 2 gün sonrası için konaklama değişikliği talep ettim , iade ve değişiklik kabul edilmedi , check in yapılmayan her konaklamanın iadesi yapılmak zorundadır, uluslar arası bir kuraldır, bankadan iadesini talep edeceğim. paragöz bir işletme , bir çok yerde seyahat deneyimim oldu, bu tarz işletmeler , odalarda bıraktığımız eşyalar içinde güvenli olmayacağını düşünüyorum ,

Otel üsküp'ün merkezinde yer almakta. Makedonya meydanına 2 adım diyebiliriz. Çevresel olanaklar çok fazla. Otel çok temiz. Otelde kahvaltı yok. Otelin girişi kötü nedenine gelince sizi karşılayan bir resepsiyon yok. Kendi çabalarınızda personele ulaştığınız takdirde size bir şifre veriyorlar şifre ile otele giriş imkanı buluyorsunuz. Ancak yeni gelen biri için bir resepsiyon bulunmamakta Bu da sizin için zaman kaybı olabilir. Resepsiyon dışında bütün imkanları güzel kahvaltısı yok yemek yok bunları göze alarak rezervasyon yapacaksınız personel güler yüzlü anlayışlı yardımsever tavsiye ederim benim için şartlar yeterliydi.

從阿爾巴尼亞到北馬其頓沒有多少條路可走，給高德地圖誤導走了經過科索沃的路，沒有走正常的路線。結果在關口給攔住，沒有歐盟簽證不給進，有美簽也不行。衹能放棄到斯科普爾。跟酒店溝通時態度很差，也拒絕了攜程客服的協商，全額收了房費。

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, aber trotzdem sehr zentral. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Oder bis zum zentr. Busstation ist ca. 20 min. Das Zimmer ist sauber, Bett ist bequem. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Der Host Goran ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns ein Transfer zum Flughafen organisiert. Vielen Dank dafür! Immer wieder gerne!

事前情報にフロントレスのホテル有ることが示されていません！失礼な話ですよ！他のゲストが出て来るのを待ち、PINコードを教えて貰いましたが！今度は部屋が判らず表示の電話番号に連絡し、追ってメールにて返信貰う事を了解しましたが連絡無し⁉️再度電話して10分後に呼び出し、やっと入室！一時間以上ロス‼️
