So, Where to start? We were here for 2 times, first time was amazing but this second.. it was also last. No english speaking staff, so it was hard to comunicate, they ignored us many times just because of we dont speak russian, how profesional. We stayed here for 8days, paid for all inclusive but we had sunbed only one day - sorry, half day cause of one russian lady who occupied our sunbed and threw away our personal stuff and refused to leave, hotel staff tried to help us but they can’t do nothing because she was a women, so.. i can go on and on about russian privilages all over the hotel, they can do everything and if you are not one of them, u can do shhhiiiiit, no one talking to you, on reception they are bothered that u speak english or german. It’s hotel just for russian and it’s shame cause the hotel itself is beautiful. If u are Europian, British, American,.. just read all the non russian feedback, they are all real, they are truthfull.

Il personale è bellissimo e brillante con i bambini e assicurarsi che siano felici ognuno di loro è amico.. aveva una bella stanza con vista sul lato della piscina. Grande dimensione e aggiornato per 50 euro che valeva la pena di avere un balcone più grande Food era come si aspettava. Non grande e non povero ciò che si aspetta per tutti inclusive. Crema di ghiaccio disponibile da 12 a 11. Slides sono grandi e tenere i bambini divertiti.. Camminando da grande basaro, dove si raccoglie vestiti/trainers economici.. circa 10 minuti a piedi.. Molto consigliato e io mi occuperò di tornare l'anno prossimo

Ciao a tutti, fino ad oggi sono andato in un hotel di 5 stelle, ma questo hotel è davvero molto diverso, perché il personale dell'hotel è davvero molto interessato, specialmente per le relazioni con l'ospite, la signora, grazie... per tutte le informazioni e i beni che ci riguardano. L'hotel ha trasferito e Tanitti è davvero molto bello per il cibo. Ci sono divertimenti e diverse emozioni. Un hotel di buona qualità e piacevole che si può fare in vacanza senza mai essere annoiati, consiglio a tutti con piacere 🙂

L'hotel è stato un ottimo soggiorno per la mia famiglia, il cibo è fantastico, il personale è meraviglioso e tutto è stato di alta qualità. L'unica ragione per cui lascio una cattiva recensione è la delusione che abbiamo incontrato a causa della condizione dei gatti stravaganti in questo hotel. Siamo stati ad altri hotel in Antalya e Side, ma non abbiamo mai visto un tale sguardo per gatti stravaganti. La maggior parte dei gatti sembrano feriti, alcuni con infezioni oculari o anche tagli e altre disabilità. Abbiamo visto un gatto bere acqua da un muffin sulla nostra strada verso la piscina e quando gli abbiamo portato acqua fresca, ha bevuto così tanto che ci ha sconvolti. C'è così tanto spreco di cibo che significa tanto denaro gettato via, ma l'hotel non investe in cura minima per questi gatti. Altri hotel abbiamo visto distributori di cibo, bocche d'acqua e anche poche case intorno per gli animali poveri, ma qui non c'è assolutamente nulla per loro. Il minimo che questo hotel potrebbe fare è mettere in giro alcune bolle d'acqua e di cibo, in modo che questi gatti non affamati. Parliamo con la receptionista e anche lei si dice che non c'è nessuno che si prenda cura di questi gatti. Come proprietari di gatti e fegato, questo ha rovinato la nostra immagine dell'hotel e ci ha resi super delusi e turbati durante il nostro soggiorno. Spero che tu tenga conto di queste informazioni.

Dopo aver letto alcune recensioni, ero un po' scettico sull'hotel, ma devo dire che non ho lamentele dopo aver trascorso la mia vacanza lì. Tutto era perfetto. Quando siamo arrivati, era tardi, quindi la stanza che hanno dato non aveva una vista sul mare, ma il giorno dopo hanno cambiato la stanza per noi senza esitazione e hanno avuto una bella stanza con vista sul mare e balcone. Il cibo era brillante e il personale era molto utile, anche se i residenti in hotel sembrano provenire dalla Germania e da altri paesi dell'Europa orientale, il personale parlava ancora decente inglese, abbastanza buono da comunicare su questioni tipiche. Ha una piscina di grande dimensione, una piscina di fitness, una spa e una piscina di buona dimensione. La spiaggia è a piedi e ha tutti i vostri sport acquatici. Le camere sono pulite e pulite ogni giorno senza dover chiedere o chiedere cambiamenti di asciugamani, ecc. Penso che sia un ottimo hotel per la famiglia e i bambini.
