Ottimo servizio ma non c'era frutta a colazione

Il ritardo del volo ha fatto sì che arrivassi in ritardo, il posto era completamente chiuso e non rispondevano al campanello o al telefono. Ho contattato Trip che ha cercato di aiutarmi e li ha chiamati per me e si sono rifiutati di farmi entrare. Si sono anche rifiutati di rimborsarmi i soldi dopo non avermi letteralmente lasciato rimanere, nemmeno per la colazione che non ho potuto mangiare. Anche Trip.com ha detto loro di rimborsarmi e si sono rifiutati, quindi anche se non ho mai incontrato nessuno qui non trasmette un'atmosfera amichevole. Evita

一人旅で久しぶりに一人部屋にしましたががっかりでした、、 とても古く、どこを歩いてもギシギシ音がし、他の部屋の方が歩く音やドアの音が常に響いていました、、 一人部屋でもトイレとシャワーは共有でした、、 ちょうど大規模停電をしていた日でシャワーを浴びられなかったのと翌日朝ごはんも出来なくさっと鍵をおいて出ました。リピートはないです。

Día lluvioso que hizo mi llegada a Oporto ver una ciudad muy triste pero seguía siendo increíblemente bonita. Susana, la persona encargada del Hostel a mi llegada, fue lo mejor de la estancia, amable, sonriente, me hizo el recordar que, aunque haya días así, el sol siempre está. Repetiré sin duda. Recomendación: llevar tapones siempre: escoger una habitación femenina par evitar los ronquidos es una ilusión. Nosotras también roncamos😂

房間內有很大的空間及沐浴環境，對外窗很大，窗外景色是無遮蔽物的後院與天空，且還附含早餐，除了網速慢了一些跟每日有消毒清潔時間外，覺得非常的物超所值

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo ostello attratti dalle belle foto e dall'aspetto curato, e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. La struttura è moderna, pulita, con letti comodi e ambienti ordinati. Ma ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stata l’estrema disponibilità e gentilezza della conduttrice. Con grande pacatezza e dolcezza, è venuta incontro a ogni nostra esigenza, trovando soluzioni con garbo e attenzione. Ci ha fatto sentire accolti e ascoltati, cosa che fa davvero la differenza quando si viaggia. Alla fine il soggiorno è stato piacevole, anche grazie a questo clima di cordialità e cura. Un grazie sentito per l’ospitalità!

So Cool Hostel was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with good toilet and shower facilities. Breakfast included. Really close walking distance to Metro (Carolina Michealis). Would definitely recommend.

Even tho my staying here was a short one, i really enjoyed this hostel. I was in the room with 7 other people. Everything was fine, nothing to complain. Breakfast was good and everything was clean. Friendly staff that is willing to help. The only thing that i did not like was the fact that the bathroom's cabins are a little small (and im not a tall guy), and the room is a little cold. But the overall experience was a good one :) I will come here again.

The treatment I received at this hostel was despicable, unreasonable and hostile. My flight was delayed for 5 hours and whilst in airport I received a very encouraging email from 'so cool' explaining reception closes at 9pm and if I haven't checked in by then I would have to wait to the morning. Having found somewhere else to stay for that night, I turned up at this hostel the next morning, the rigid lady at reception simply wasn't interested or concerned in the least of my predicament and informed me I was a "no show" and my room was gone for the whole 3 nights I'd booked. I asked for a partial refund for the further 2 nights as I was now having to find somewhere else to stay and would have to pay top price, she was not interested to know this and told me there would be no refund and no room. Whilst I understand policies are policies I think a bit of allowance for unforeseen circumstances wouldn't go amiss. I had no control of my flight being delayed and had I not received the welcome text reminding me of reception opening hours I would have thought twice about contacting them, their communication was confusing and had mixed messages. More unforgivably is the attitude of the manager even when she knew I had nowhere to go and would need the partial refund to secure alternative accomodation, she was not losing any money and had sold my bed twice. I have used *********** for years to book hostels and I have never received such harsh heartless treatment. Whilst I get business is business, there's more to life than a computer database and rigid rules that don't allow for unforeseen circumstances. The rigid lady tried to tell me it was *********** who cancelled me but this was just a lie,. Thankfully the 'hostel Rosalina' saved my bacon and were a fantastic contrast to "so cool's awful treatment. The receptionist was wonderful and helpful and her friendliness reassured me Porto was not full of heartless money grabbing robots. Avoid this hostel if you're not going to be there for 9pm or you have any chance of a flight delay. .

No recomendable si no eres peregrino, si vas a pasar más de una noche te echan de tu habitación por la mañana y no te dejan entrar hasta la tarde,no lo dice por ninguna parte en la reserva que no vas a poder usar tu habitación en toda la mañana, además,a partir de las 7am nadie respeta el sueño de nadie,te abren puertas y ventanas,no lo recomiendo para pasar el fin de semana.

O hostel oferece um bom atendimento, camas em bom estado e quartos limpos e arejados. Não possui ar condicionado o que nas noites quentes gera desconforto. No quarto havia apenas um ventilador. O café da manhã esta dentro daquilo que se espera nesse tipo de estabelecimento e pode ser considerado bom.

Reservamos en so cool hostel para iniciar desde allí el camino de Santiago y me cobraron el desayuno. Para nosotros no es razonable que el desayuno empiece a las 8'30 así k lo perdimos pero la chica nos dijo k tampoco podíamos usar la cocina antes. ¿ porqué? ¿Acaso eso no es uno de los motivos por el cual reservamos en albergues los peregrinos? Necesitamos desayunar pronto para comenzar a caminar lo antes posible. Por lo demás, estaba limpio y era cómodo
