Hotel in zona Sr. San Vicente Ferrer of Dalahikan Norte, Cebu

Abbiamo controllato l'ultima Sept.15-17 in Fili hotel abbiamo avuto un esplosione la mia famiglia è stata soddisfatta di tutti i servizi che avevano offerto. L'hotel è un hotel a cinque stelle, quindi vale tutto quello che hai pagato. L’ultimo giorno, quando abbiamo controllato accidentalmente, abbiamo lasciato l’iphone di mio figlio nella stanza, l’abbiamo notato quando siamo andati a casa sulla strada. Ho detto al direttore del servizio, STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO, che mi aveva assicurato che il telefono era proprio laggiù. Altri impiegati cercavano e chiedono agli altri di aiutarli a trovare finché il signor STEVEN Santiago non andò personalmente in camera e lo trovava. Sono così felice, onestà e integrità sono le parole giuste per voi, Sir STEVEN grazie.

I stayed with my friend here for 4days and 3 nights so far so good most especially the service everytime we call for room service or order for foods they’re very accommodating. For their foods its was so good most specially their pork sinigang it’s so delicious and so worth the price, the servings is large and when I say large it is good for 4-6 people and sorry we really didn’t think of taking a pictures of the room since our mind at that time is occupied with something important

This was our first time in travelling to cebu city we are glad that we book at this hotel. The room was huge and it includes breakfast upon booking. Highly recommended because it was walk in apart from fast-food chains drug stores etc. in the area. Hope to come back and book here again for another trip. Thank you for staff for assisting as for our entire stay.

Le darei un 3/5 per il mio soggiorno di 3 notti! Le camere erano pulite e tranquille. E' lontano dalla musica alta o dal rumore da altrove. Le camere sono nuove anche. E' economico per cui si ottiene quello che hai pagato. Il personale del Front Desk può essere un po' più accogliente per essere onesti, e si prenderà cura di voi quando passi alla Reception, soprattutto durante il turno di ore del pomeriggio, la ragazza e il ragazzo e i due ragazze del mattino sono la persona più fredda. Penso che ciò che manca! Troveranno difficile da salutare anche un ciao o un saluto! Dovrebbero imparare dal personale degli hotel 3 stelle a Bohol o Palawan. Anche se il loro hotel non è nuovo, nemmeno usciranno dall'esperienza con un sincero e accogliente sorriso. Se si trova in un budget e non si tratta di problemi con personale scomodo, questo hotel è consigliato!

Esperienza fuori al Noble Cebu Hotel ha superato le nostre prospettive .... La piscina è abbastanza grande da godere, ma purtroppo solo 4.5feet profondo è il più alto ... spero che abbiano 6 piedi profondi per immergersi per persone come esploratori. Le camere sono dotate di chiavi del sistema di carte di sicurezza ... automatico di alimentazione se nessuno è dentro ... La palestra è più grande di altri hotel ...we gode! Gli spazi di parcheggio sono spaziosi a 2° e 7° livello. L'atmosfera del livello del suolo è mescolata dalla natura con le verdure per respirare insieme alla piscina ampia ... Le camere al livello superiore sono sempre incantevoli, poiché si può vedere la vista della città come si è un uccello. La parte migliore è stata davvero nel tetto ...seldom un hotel ha questa attrezzatura in Cebu ...Solo il Noble Cebu Hotel può dare una vista a 360 gradi di tutta la metropolitana città di Cebu ...come u sono quasi nel cielo! Per fare i selfie e i gruppi .... Solo le parti triste sono; 1. solo 1 strada di accesso che entra e esce all'hotel ...u può accedere con auto o moto se si sta arrivando da Banilad Cebu. 2. I prodotti alimentari nel resto dell'hotel sono prezzi più elevati, poiché nessun ristorante vicino in questo hotel ...u deve portare il proprio cibo al bilancio desiderato in prossimità dei mercati alimentari a prezzi accessibili.. 3. Ti hanno lasciato depositare un obbligazione in contanti per controllare l'assicurazione del loro hotel ... per la prima volta nella mia esperienza! Ma la nostra esperienza complessiva in questo hotel è SULIT per il suo prezzo ... rispetto ad altri hotel leader a Cebu! Grazie Noble Cebu Hotel! Sa uulitin ....

This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

j park was the last on our Cebu trip. I thought a good resort will make us relax before leaving...but NO...this should have been the first on the trip. if you are planning to stay here, this is a good tip to have a full experience. although the the check in is 3pm, you can use the water park as soon as it opens, also you can still use it after your check out until the park closes. the pools and slides are fun, the beach area is great during sunset. a lot of in-house resto and bars but you can also grab your meals without corkage, if you eat it in your room. the connecting suits we booked were spacious and clean. bathroom has shower and tub area, the beds are soooo comfy, and the view is breathtaking. all in all, it was the cherry at the top of our vacation...and pls don't forget to claim your photo shoot. worth it!

Abbiamo avuto un volo tardivo e ritardato, ma grato il furgone (shuttle aeroportuale gratuito) ci aspettava. Il lobby era semplice e il check-in era facile. Prima di andare in camera nostra, ci hanno chiesto di ottenere le attrezzature di cui abbiamo bisogno (kit dentali, kit di rasatura e cabine). Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Twin C, ha un grande rif, cucina, TV, microonde, tavolo da pranzo e sedie e 2 letti grandi. Il bagno era come quello in Giappone, compatto e piccolo. Non c'erano gabinetti. Le letti erano comodi per dormire sul caffè e l'ac funzionava bene. La colazione era servita in un bar, doveva essere pagata, ma era servito stile buffet, il menu del colazione era semplice. Cambia ogni giorno. La posizione dell'hotel è magnifica e conveniente perché è collegato al J Centre Mall e vi sono farmacie, banche, negozi di comodità e un spa vicino. L'hotel era anche accanto al parco tematico Skywater, ma purtroppo era indefinitamente chiuso. Anche il check-out era facile. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare il nostro bagaglio perché abbiamo un volo tardi, siamo appena tornati per questo. Non siamo riusciti a utilizzare la navetta gratuita che torna all'aeroporto perché non siamo riusciti a prenotare un giorno prima (non è automatico anche se hanno le informazioni di volo), buona cosa abbiamo parenti che ci portano all'aeroporto. In generale, il prezzo era ragionevole e abbiamo avuto un piacevole e confortevole soggiorno qui.

Mi sono trovato un hotel vicino all'aeroporto e vicino al ristorante e al ristorante durante un recente viaggio a Cebu. Il mio soggiorno di solito ha avuto un grande aumento dei prezzi e, poiché era lontano dall'aeroporto, ho cercato un nuovo hotel. Ho vissuto in altri hotel vicino a Felicity e ho pensato che i prezzi fossero un po' elevati per gli hotel senza piscina. Li ho accantonati mentre sfogliavo Google Maps e li ho chiamati. E'bello che avessero una vacanza, quindi mi sono trasferito dal sito del cliente all'hotel. Mi sono piacevolmente sorpreso dal lobby luminoso. Tuttavia, la camera singola aveva un'ampia disposizione con il bacino dietro la porta, ma non all'interno del bagno. Eppure era di valore per i soldi perché aveva acqua calda e fredda, aria condizionata, frigorifero, TV a schermo piatto e fogli puliti. Beh, la maggior parte del rumore proveniva da colleghi che camminavano attraverso i corridoi dopo aver fatto bar crawls, immagino. Inoltre, l'hotel è un grande valore per i soldi. Sono ansioso di rimanere con loro in viaggi futuri.
