As always, very satisfied during our stay. Clean and spacious room. Wifi was fast. Affordable room and best area to stay. Walking distance to a mall, restaurants, pharmacy, laundry shop and etc. Attentive and professional staff. Accommodating to our needs. Most specially I would ljke to commend Sir Aldrin who was so patient and understanding with me. Always there to make my instant requests possible. He truly made my event so smooth and easy. Thank you, sir. And also to those who assisted us during the event. You were all amazing that night. Thank you. Definitely going back there again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yello Hotel! From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was vibrant and welcoming. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, our experience at Yello Hotel was fantastic, and we can't wait to visit again!

Very convenient place to stay! Very near busay. We enjoyed going to TOPS of Cebu. The place was very clean too. Aircondition was very cold especialy it is very humid in Cebu today. Will recommend for those on a budget!

Breakfast at Roof-deck is almost Pre-pandemic state. On-going renovations can be seen and felt. Hopefully its only the beginning.

It was clearly indicated on my booking confirmation that i will be checking out at 4pm due to having a rewards from trip.com. They did not acknowledged it, as per the staff, They are not in partnership to any third party booking sites, including trip.com. The only reason why i booked at this hotel because of the rewards im getting, other hotels had notn, so i took that opportunity.

the staff are helpful and accomodating.. Just internet wifi is very slow. Almost you cant use it. That slow.

The hotel's location is quite accessible, their amenities are nice and overall my son and I had a comfortable stay. There was a little mishap with the check out time, but I'm glad they were able to sort it out and arrange it for me. I appreciate that! ( I noticed they already updated it on the app.) Their breakfast buffet was quite limited and underwhelming I'd say, I hope they'll have more food options soon, probably some veggies or something, we only had sausages and dilis. Thank you for your service! ☺️

It was a modern hotel near to the church, IT park and food restaurants. It has a sleek design combined with the color grey, black and tiffany colour and of course the yellow color. The receptionists are very welcoming and accomodating especially to Sir AJ who talk to me and answers all my questions.
The small downside though since it's near to a bar or restaurants you can hear the live band and music from those areas but only during weekends.
The buffet breakfast was yummy it has my favorite dried fish, adobo, pansit, sweet and sour fish...and cakes 3 types of it...
Will definitely go back to yello hotel for our next vacation... 😄👍😊☺️😄
