The staff were exceptionally good. the premises were impeccably clean, and the ambiance was so inviting that I enjoyed sleep. Coupled with the very good complimentary breakfast, I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to booking again.

L'hotel non è responsabile del lavoro (molto problematico) del BoQ (hanno impiegato 59-60 ore per inviare il risultato del secondo test, fatto dopo 7 giorni; il risultato del tampone all'aeroporto mi è stato completamente nascosto, super strano) ; in Germania all'aeroporto l'ho preso dopo 4-5 ore, PCR-test). Le camere sono belle e pulite, abbastanza grandi, solo il bagno è un po' piccolo e povero. La TV funzionava molto bene (molti canali), il wifi ha un segnale/capacità troppo debole (solo nella hall funziona bene, abbastanza forte per scaricare un libro o un giornale. Il personale è cordiale. Il cibo del ristorante era molto buono e molto, quindi 2 pasti al giorno sono stati sufficienti per me. La guardia è cordiale e lavora come piccolo aiuto per le esigenze di 7 undici. Tutto sommato il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto buono, rispetto ai prezzi degli hotel in MNL è fantastico. L'unico problema è il segnale debole del wifi (nelle camere). Lo stato Q e il ristorante chiuso significano che molto cibo è sprecato. I topi sono felici. Hanno gatti, ma si sono organizzati con loro invece di inseguirli - pigri. La posizione dell'hotel è centrale; se sei libero, molti ristoranti disponibili. Sono sopravvissuto con l'aggiunta dell'aiuto della consegna di cibo come il chowking; conveniente; i prezzi delle bevande e del cibo in hotel sono giusti. La qualifica con 2!/2 stelle è appropriata.

The Lex Hotel is an outstanding but very affordable hotel located in Cebu City in the Philippines. You can perfectly plan to stay one or two nights of your holidays in this place to enjoy all the landmarks and activities around the hotel. It is a typical city hotel, not bad for the price. The staff are friendly and rooms have all the amenities including air conditioning, free wifi, toiletries, towels, hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo and soap. The hotel has a great outdoor swimming pool at the rooftop with great views to the city. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within 10 min or less walking distance.

E'la prima volta che so se dovrei chiedere la pulizia della stanza - sono deluso. Ma se la persona che si trova in quella parte deve sapere, è scomodo. Il personale è molto gentile. Mi ha sempre trattato con un sorriso luminoso. La colazione era così semplice, ma il servizio era buono e il caffè era delizioso. Penso che proverò un altro menu. In generale, è un hotel che deve essere valutato dal costo.

Location was great as you can see in the picture it's close to the main road however if you are sensitive to noise you might consider looking for another place. The staff were very friendly. So far our stay here is good. Very convenient because 7/11 is near and a lot of restaurants around. I can say that for its price, it's best already. I also love the fact that burger king is very near and is open 24 hours. There are also many coffee shops around the place and the Robinsons supermarket is just walking distance. Many a** machines and banks in the area where you can withdraw money at anytime. Moreover, price in this app is much better compared to other apps. Take note that the hotel does not have hair dryer and no safety box but that's not a problem for those who just want to have a place to sleep. And I don't think hot shower is working in our room but the last time we check in here, there were no problems. Finally, our overall experience was good. Thank you trip.com and thank you The Rooms.

Bad service I will definitely NOT recomment at all. We have booked ahead and they told us the rate wil not change at all. We would understand if they have informed us but we kept asking them and they said no the rate will stay as long you will pay the deposit which we paid right away. Now the person we talked to Ms Shayne has resign they wont honor the rate even we have the emailed but the other person Ms Jessica is still working at Bayfront Hotel Capitol, hasn't informed us at all at least we will know. Money is not an issue here, we were so frustrated about their communication and their service all they want is Money not the service. I even called ma y times but still the reception hasn't informed me at all. We have booked a room with kitchenette and there is stove but no pot to use or any basic things. Like what will I use then?! If you asked extra blanket/pillow/towel they want more money, which you have to pay more. This is why PHILIPPINES has a bad review at all I was looking forward as my friend recommended me to stay here but I should have listen to my GUTS then not to stay here but giving the benefits of the doubt. But I was right then. You don't want to stay here, you can stay at Cebu Parklane hotel and Radisson they have a good service and your money you paid for is worth it.

The location is good close to Ayala Cebu and the suite was clean and decent size. However there was no internet signal throughout the stay in the room. Complained numerous times to the staff but they weren’t able to resolve the issue.

We went to Cebu for a few days and decided to stay here since the location is near almost everything that we need and the rate is cheaper compared to other hotels nearby. Here are my thoughts: 1. Originally, we booked a Deluxe Room (one queen bed and one single bed) via phone a week prior our arrival. The Receptionist told us that the room can hold three guests since they don't have a room with three beds. 2. When we arrived, I was surprised to see how small the room was. The beds can definitely fit three adults / persons but the room itself is quite cramped for three people with luggages. You can't even walk around the room without bumping to each other or bumping to the furniture. 3. I went to the Reception Area and requested if we can have three single beds instead. In my head, I imagined that with three single beds, we could have more space and navigate a little freely. 4. Arrived back the hotel around 8ish (after having dinner) and was disappointed that our room was not arranged how we requested several hours ago. 5. Went back to the Reception Area and explained what has transpired. It was a good thing that the staff there were polite that kept me from making a scene. 6. I explained (again) that the reason why we're requesting for three single beds because the size of the room doesn't suffice three adults. Receptionist apologized and ALSO agreed that the room was too tiny for us. I almost laughed because when we checked in, I explained to them that we were three guests. They even asked for a 500php fee for the additional person. Why didn't they tell us from the start that the room was not equipped to accommodate three guests? 7. I requested for a bigger room (Family Room) which only costs 100php more than our original room. Luckily, there was an available room the following day until we leave Cebu. 8. Family Room was definitely spacious. It has a one queen sized bed and a sofa bed. The room was adequately clean but there are some evidence of worn out furniture and old sheets (clean but minimal stains). Fortunately, the bathroom was clean and the towels were relatively new. 9. We requested to ”Make Up Room” the next day since will be out the whole day that time. When we got back, again, felt really frustrated because the room was still unkempt and the trash weren't taken out. Needed to call the Reception Area again. 10. They provide free WiFi but they will just give you a piece of paper with the code. And the code is only good for one gadget for two days. If you have like five gadets, you need to ask five vouchers. Since we were at the 4th floor, for some reason, the internet gets disconnected from time to time. 11. They don't offer free water daily. I suggest that you stock up your room with water. 12. Aircon is old. It can cool the room partially because it's just a window type zircon which I think is just less than 1 horsepower. It's manual. 13. No trash bin inside the room. You need to go to that bathro
