The following comment refers to quarantine status. Hotel aint responsible for the (very problematic) work of the BoQ (they ned 59-60 hours to send the result of the second test, done after 7 days; the result of the swabtest at airport was hidden completely from me, super strange); in Germany at airport I got it after 4-5 hours, PCR-test). The rooms are fine and clean, big enough, just the bathroom is a bit small and poor. The TV was working very well (many channels), the wifi has too weak dignal/ capacity (just in the lobby its working well, strong enough for download of a book or newspaper. The staff is friendly. The food of restaurant was very fine & much, so 2 meals a day were enough for me. The guard is friendly & working as little helper for needs by 7eleven. All in all the value for money is very good, compared to hotelprices in MNL it's phantastic. The only problem is the weak signal of wifi (at rooms). The Q-status and closed restaurant means that much food is wasted. The rats are happy. They have cats, but they arranged with them instead of chasing them - lazy. The location of the hotel is central; if u r free, many restaurants available. I survived with add. help of food delivery like chowking; affordable; prices of drinks and food at hotel are fair. The qualification with 2 !/2 star is appropriate.
