I accidentally booked this hotel the night before my flight and I requested a refund because it's a bit far from the airport, but it was not approved by the hotel so I ended up staying there for a few hours before my early morning flight. I hardly ever request refunds but whenever I do I think hotels that I've booked in the Philippines are the only ones that has ever refused to give money back even when I provided evidence as to why I needed it. The second thing to mention is that this hotel is not well maintained and there were no toiletries or even a free bottle of water.

Nice place. Very accessible to airport. We enjoyed our stay.

No bidet. 2024 already. Location is okay, nearby sarisari store is available. Old hotel and needs improvements

The location was nice and the staffs were very friendly. Ihad a great experience there but the room was a little bit dirty.

Although it was cheap they should have a toothbrush and a tooth paste they have but it was not for free.. they also dont have Restaurant so they dont have food and there is no table that we can eat on.. how sad and the room was soooo small..

In city center. Accessible on public transpo. Coffee store in front of the hotel. Quiet rooms. Spacious elevator.

Because the reservation date is wrong, the reservation is repeated, but it is not cancelled. I really understand.

The service was good, the staff was nice, but the place was very far from the airport, I was not that Happy with my stay in , in general the place is not so bad

Rooms are good, however their shower water too slow. Also limited plugs.

The service was so amazing it just that the hot shower in room 501 does not work at all we tried to troubleshoot it but did not work at all. Overall it is perfect spot and were so close to everything in the city plus it got an amazing view super love it

Clean and comfort, staff are easy to approach when you needs

Highway to Hell! DONT EVER BOOK and STAY! Be Cautious! 1. Staff always lie and manipulate 2. They never bring the supervisor or manager on face or phone 3. The internet doesn't work in back of the rooms 4. Hot water is a challenge 5. Some room conditions are not good 6. Staff is super unhelpful The only advantage its at main road and have transport available Almost 20 mins from airport Stay at your own risk

It was really clean and the staff are courteous and very nice. The building is old and they don't have a bidet.
