Even though we only stayed for a night, we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very accommodating and always smiling to the customers. The location is the best of all, since it's very near to tourist spots in Cebu City like Magellan's Cross. The room is spacious enough and very clean. The hotel is highly recommended and in my next trip, if ever it's in Cebu again, I will stay here again.

Firs they got me a room for an early check in. But the room is dirty and smelled like cockroaches. Gladly they moved me to a better room. However teas issue with toile it wont flush. The last room i moved in was okay however the smoke frome cigar seeps inside the room.

Quite an old hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. A lot of room for improvement on cleanliness side. My room has mosquitoes and I managed to kill a few. Some stains on wall. I thought is paint but when I wipe with wet wipes, I could remove it. There are some stains on chair too. At first I thought there is no hot water. But when I took a bath again at later, there is. Thus I think it might due to too many ppl taking bath at the same time. If you walk left from the exit, there's a night bazaar. Quite a lot of nice local food there. And if you continue until the junction, there's a mall and nice lechon restaurant. On the right, there's 7 11 and pharmacy. So location is quite nice and convenient.

I always have a pleasant stay with this hotel. The staff are really pleasant, the service is great, the location is perfect for our preference. If there are ready and available rooms before the usual time for check-ins, they are more than happy to accommodate you.

Hotel super economico e molto vicino al 7 11 e alla food court all'angolo. Il personale è stato gentile e abbiamo potuto richiedere un cuscino extra. Il CR e il letto sono puliti nel caso della colazione gratuita, è deludente nel caso in cui sia solo una fetta di carne e un piccolo uovo, come ogni singolo giorno, poi il caffè. Inoltre non c'è un distributore d'acqua, quindi è super conveniente ed economico. La nostra stanza è per 3 e ci siamo addormentati. Non ci sono scarafaggi, c'è solo una presa e i cuscini sono sottili, quindi abbiamo chiesto che ne fosse possibile solo una. Non è male ed è davvero economico per loro. Molto conveniente. Come vorremmo che, anche se fosse conveniente, potessimo comunque migliorare e non accontentarci di meno. È ancora giusto e giusto. Guadagnano soldi in qualche modo, quindi sicuramente devono utilizzare le loro entrate per migliorare questo ostello. 🙂

We stayed in Allson’s Inn for 2 different nights, during our arrival in cebu and before our departure. Both the rooms assigned to us were really clean. The staffs are really friendly. The location is okay with nearby food restaurants, plus the accommodations were cheap! Highly recommended and will definitely book again if we come back to Cebu! Thank you Allson’s Inn!

La piscina non era pulita. Alcune sezioni della piscina erano inaccessibili.
Il business center era accessibile solo per alcuni piani. Scommetto che la maggior parte erano delle suite di business class. Anche i tuoi ospiti plebei non hanno affari? La stampa è stata molto sovraccarica (@50php/pagina).

Non vedevo l'ora di cenare al Feria ma era chiuso e mi è stato detto che è aperto solo in determinati giorni probabilmente a causa delle restrizioni di Covid. Considerando che le attività di ospitalità si stanno aprendo, mi chiedo come andrebbe questo rispetto agli hotel che offrono pasti a buffet. La colazione era gloriosa però!
Le camere erano pulite. Sebbene la fornitura di articoli da toeletta sia in termini di qualità che di quantità sia piuttosto scadente con gli hotel nella loro gamma. Il servizio era ok. Niente di entusiasmante. Sul tipo di servizio che dovrei aspettarmi dalla fascia di prezzo che offre.

I choose Bayfront North Reclamation due to its great location to most places that we planned to visit. Nearby SM and city area. In addition this is very accessible to buses to and from airport.
Although rooms are not so maintained, but when we request for housekeeping to clean our room they act fast enough. Breakfast however is jam packed even as early as 7am. Overall Bayfront is good choice for us.

A suggestion for improvement - to strengthen the rules in the pool especially to foreigners. My little kids were there swimming and they both asked why those young foreigners were not following the rules, they must be kicked out from the pool. Pity was the attendant who kept on reminding them.

Now let’s talk about their pools, hotel view and breakfast. Breathtaking!!!!
Pool staff were great on both pool location (4th and 5th floor). Buffet breakfast has all that you can ask for. The view from room to pool, to gym to main restaurant are spectacular! You will have a view of the ocean, the city lights, the bridge and the mountains. Just an amazing location.
Staff were super helpful all the way down to finding the right mode of transport when we checked out.
This hotel will now be our go to accommodation preference for Cebu.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at this hotel after visiting the Radisson and Quest Hotel and were quite pleased with our experience. The location is excellent, with a skywalk directly connecting to the mall. The lifts by your rooms also go down to the car park, which has a grocery store as part of the mall—a great convenience if you're staying in a suite with a stove and fridge, you can take your groceries directly to your room from the lift access skipping reception. We cooked a few meals during our stay, and it worked out really well.
Check-in was efficient, though we were informed that formal attire was required for breakfast—long sleeves and no shorts. Personally, I found this a bit strict, especially as someone who frequently stays in 4- and 5-star hotels in England. We followed the dress code on the first day but noticed others wearing shorts and short-sleeved shirts, so we did the same for the rest of our stay. My tailored shorts and presentable shirts seemed appropriate for a breakfast buffet, not a formal dinner.
The hotel's location in the IT Park is ideal, with plenty of places to visit within walking distance, including Sugbo Mercado for street food, which we went to twice with my fiancée's friends. The lobby staff and security were incredibly helpful. You can order a Grab and wait in the lobby, and the security guards will notify you when your taxi arrives.
On the rooftop, there’s a bar and restaurant, a gym, and a pool. The pool is higher than the gym, offering some privacy while swimming, which we appreciated. The rooftop views are breathtaking, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There are also changing rooms, showers, and toilets by the poolside. There’s a bar where you can claim a welcome drink, but it was unmanned when we visited, and we ended up not using our voucher.
We had one small issue during our stay when my Revolut platinum card, which is metal and thicker than usual cards, got stuck in the ATM. The security guard, Anjol, was incredibly helpful. He called the ATM owners, and with his assistance, we were able to retrieve the card without damage. His help was much appreciated, and management should recognize his excellent service.
The attached mall has a food court where we enjoyed fruit shakes and boba tea, as well as karaoke booths, a cinema, and various shops. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return for a longer visit to fully enjoy the hotel and mall.

TTable_for_3We just returned home from Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan. It was our first time in Cebu. It was a short but great trip.
The highlights:
Accommodations: We chose Crimson because we frequent high-rise hotels when traveling and decided this time we wanted a villa/bungalow type of room. No hallways and no elevators. Crimson checked those boxes. They also accommodated our requests for a king bed and first floor room.
Activities and amenities: Our daughter loved Crimzone and the children’s pool. It was hard to get her to leave. The Saturday foam party was fun and the pool staff were engaging. My wife and I both availed the spa and wow, we can see why they won an award for Best Value in Asia. The price was affordable while the quality of service was top-notch.
Food: The buffet breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. My favorite item was the fruit and veggie smoothies. Who knew bakchoy and mango blend well together? But it was the attentive staff that really made breakfast a great experience. We tried the 24-hour room service and I swear the chicken club sandwich was one of the best I’ve had in my entire life 5/5!
The lowlights:
Here are some reasons why we are not giving Crimson an excellent review.
1. Overpriced/low quality food in Saffron during ala carte dinner. Our first night we arrived in the evening and were hungry. For two people (our daughter is a toddler) we paid over 5000php for an appetizer, 3 entrees, one beer and one bottle of water. Honestly, the price would be ok for this amount of food if the quality was better. I would suggest Aka or Enye for higher quality food although we didn’t try either. Saffron was empty that night and we found out why.
2. Distance to places/sites. Crimson is quite far for shopping or eating at other restaurants. We hired a private car for 3 hours and was only able to visit two sites and one pasalubong store. Luckily it was only moderate traffic on that Saturday. 2500php for a sedan for 3 hours was reasonable.
3. The gift shop is waaaay overpriced. 950php for a small tube of sunblock seemed very high even at a resort. We also wanted some souvenirs, but there wasn’t much variety at all.
4. Our room needed some TLC. The paint in the nice tub was chipping, the caulking in the showers could use a refresh and there was a huge ipis (roach) in the closet. Luckily we spent most of the time outside the room.
5. No floaties or life vests for toddlers to use, even for rental. Despite having almost everything else, this would have been a nice touch.
6. We came to Cebu for mangoes and lechon, but Crimson didn’t offer these items and again, because of distance, it would have been nice to have some at the hotel.
The bottom line:
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others, however we would give them our full review so they are aware of the pros and cons.

UUtente anonimoWe booked two rooms and we were only able to get one room when we checked in and the other room an hour and a half after! We followed up multiple times and complained about how the room wasn’t ready when it’s already the check-in time. They told us that the staff was already on the way up to bring the key card for the other room yet it took a long time (given the fact that the rooms were just at the second floor, above the lobby) when we followed up for the third time, we were told that the card was being brought from the main wing that’s why it’s taking so long like? we literally got the key card from our first room on the front desk lobby below our floor (ocean wing). They are also very strict about the room capacity that you have to pay 3k plus to pay for an extra person unlike other four-five star hotels. The room was also dusty, my boyfriend kept sneezing non-stop when we went in the room and had to take anti-histamine. Facilities were great though.

L'unica cosa che pensiamo possano migliorare è la palestra. Era troppo caldo all'interno e la temperatura non può essere cambiata. L'attrezzatura può essere anche più, poiché 2 palestra non sono sufficienti per la dimensione dell'hotel. Una mattina, mia moglie e io non potevo correre perché c'era qualcun altro nella palestra, ma se avessero più attrezzature, sarebbe stato possibile.
Tuttavia, di solito ci siamo divertiti e torneremo quando saremo a Cebu.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Amber Hotel Cebu, and we must say, it exceeded my expectations!
The hotel's location is one of its strongest selling points - it's situated in a very accessible area, just a stone's throw away from a major shopping mall. This made it easy for me to explore the city and get to wherever I needed to go.
The hotel itself is immaculately clean and well-maintained. The staff are warm, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. They truly made us feel welcome and at home.
The breakfast spread was delicious. We also appreciated the convenient drinking water facility available throughout the hotel.
One thing to note is that the hotel requires a deposit of PHP 1,000 upon check-in, but this is fully refundable upon check-out.
Overall, we highly recommend Amber Hotel Cebu to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in the city. we would definitely stay here again!

JJIANWe stayed in a room on the 8th floor of the Palm building, The view is very spacious, and you can see planes taking off one after another from the distance. There is a drying rack on the balcony for hanging swimsuits, which is a very practical design.
The water park is very suitable for children, the rooftop bar is very relaxing, and the drinks are delicious. The Earth restaurant offers Chinese cuisine with large portions. In the photos, we ordered small portions. The staff at both restaurants are very enthusiastic.
However, the downside is that we had to wait a long time for the room, and we didn’t get the room card until nearly 3:30 p.m. After a long journey, this was a very frustrating process. Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room, and it took three phone calls before one was finally delivered, which was also a negative experience.

В номере был чайник, холодильник, приветственный кофе и даже чай. На этаже в постоянном доступе питьевая вода в кулере. Напор и температура воды в душе - хорошие. Сушить вещи после моря можно на заднем дворе под крышей (постоянная защита сохнущей одежды от солнца или дождя). Нам понравилось, берег близко. На фото-вид с крыши отеля.
