Perfect in every way. Impeccable service. 6 stars facilities. Best hotel I’ve been to in a long time. Had excellent dinner at the Soleil.

It’s a brilliant place for family holiday! Hotel is very well located and beach front is beautiful! Most importantly food choice is vast! Imagine hundreds of kitchen staffs there making food daily to service all the guests. A happy tummy and a happy holiday! We surely be back! Strongly recommended to family travellers.

Not the closest area from the airport. But a quiet and private beach. Service was good and prompt. Area a little too big with little signage. Difficult to navigate

Simply amazing hotel and hospitality

Amazing hotel lovely staff very spacious rooms the restaurants where great the area is a bit isolated but if you don’t want t to move from the hotel everything is there great beach and pool area

服務一流，航班早可以早餐打包，每位服務員都耐心友好微笑，下次一定還會再去，非常喜歡的酒店

房間很好，服務到位，風景也很美，早餐喝下午茶很棒，之前住過阿雅娜，兩家各有特色

直結で海とプールに繋がっていて広くて最高。部屋も言うまでもなく素晴らしく、ジャグジーと別に風呂とシャワー室があり、トイレも二個ある。ベランダからもプールと海が見渡せる。朝日も早起きして海に出て見ることもできる。接客は日本語を使える人も用意されており、態度も素晴らしいの一言に尽きる。またバリ島に来たいと思わせてくれるホテル。

這次來住了the Mulia套房，入住和早餐以及泳池都有獨立通道，含免費下午茶一份，分量很足可以當晚餐了🤣一對一管家訊息基本都是秒回，服務周到。人少空間大，很有度假感的酒店。

신행으로 왔어여 여기 진짜 좋습니다. 한국분들 넘 많은게 단점이지만, 사실 우리나라 사람들한테 잘 맞으니까 그런거겠죠? 진짜 너무너무 친절합니다. 제가 고급호텔들을 많이 안다녀봐서 모르겠지만, 전설처럼 들은 얘기로 좋은 호텔은 고객들을 일일이 기억한다고 했거든요? 여기가 그렇습니다. 한 이틀 묵으니까 제 이름, 방번호 다 알더라구요. 시설도좋고 한국인 편의적이에요 여하튼 할말은 많은데 귀찮아서 이만 줄입니다..

하루만 숙박한 게 너무 아쉬울 정도로 만족한 숙소입니다. 시설도 알차서 최소 이틀은 묵는게 좋을 것 같아요. 그 중에 수영장이 최고였습니다 ! ! !

매우 좋아요. 친절하고 음식도 맛있고 퀄리티도 좋습니다. Private 한 수영장도 사용할 수 있고 물도 엄청 깨끗해요.
