Hotel in zona Cebu Zoo, Cebu

Per il prezzo che ho pagato (~7300 pesos), non ne valeva la pena. Ho prenotato la mia camera per la prima volta con circa un mese di anticipo solo per sentirmi dire giorni prima del mio arrivo che il mio letto king size sarebbe stato cambiato in un queen con un letto singolo aggiuntivo. Vorrei solo che ti dessero le opzioni che avevi prenotato originariamente e non cercassero di convincermi che avrei ottenuto un accordo migliore con l'aggiunta del letto singolo. Pensavano che uno di noi avrebbe dormito nel letto singolo mentre l'altro avrebbe avuto il letto matrimoniale tutto per sé? La nostra prenotazione era per la vigilia di Capodanno e abbiamo anche prenotato un pacchetto celebrativo per il loro grande balcone. Inizialmente mi è stato chiesto di pagare un certo prezzo da un membro dello staff, ma in seguito ho scoperto che avevano commesso un errore e che avrei dovuto pagare il costo aggiuntivo al mio arrivo. Una volta arrivato, ho pagato il costo del tè, ma ho dovuto passare attraverso 3 diversi membri dello staff prima di ricevere le istruzioni corrette e le fasce da braccio che dovevo ricevere. Il numero successivo riguardava la festa celebrativa che avrebbe dovuto svolgersi dalle 10 alle 12:30. La mia camera era al 16° piano e sono andata in camera mia alle 12:30 solo per intrattenermi ulteriormente fino alle 3 del mattino. Il suono basso della musica mi ha tenuto sveglio fino alle 3:30. Infine, il buffet del mattino successivo era vario in ciò che offrivano ma, a parte il caffè, il pasto era freddo. Il mio consiglio alle persone è che questo hotel è sopravvalutato e che è possibile trovare hotel migliori a prezzi più economici che, a mio parere, rappresenterebbero un passo avanti in termini di servizio e comodità. Non sprecare i tuoi soldi!

The Lex best western Cebu is always a great place to stay when you arrive in Cebu. Easy location to get to &has all the amenities you’d ever need. Excellent breakfast buffet for free & it’s delicious. The employees are always smiling & friendly just trying to please you with ever act they do. I’ve stayed here 5 times over last 7 yrs probably a total of 25-30 days. It’s a great place to get your feet on the ground after a long flight & the beds are so great. Pillows are good also. If you have time the swimming pool on top the building is so nice & enjoyable. I always make time for a dip in the pool or if I have more time I’ll make an afternoon of sunbathing. They have a bar serving drinks or you can order foods. Also if you don’t want to leave hotel the diner is excellent. The beef tips were delicious & so tender with broccoli spears & a potato. Mango shake & I was in heaven. I love this place as I’m sure you can tell. The people working here makes it all happen with a smile. Thank you for all the good memories. Blessings be to you.🙏🍀😊

Stayed in a very dark room. Inadequate lighting. Then at night the light from the hallway would shine into the room, headboard is positioned right under window so light would be in direct vision making it very difficult to sleep as someone who likes pitch dark at night. The best thing about it was the location.

We stayed at this hotel after visiting the Radisson and Quest Hotel and were quite pleased with our experience. The location is excellent, with a skywalk directly connecting to the mall. The lifts by your rooms also go down to the car park, which has a grocery store as part of the mall—a great convenience if you're staying in a suite with a stove and fridge, you can take your groceries directly to your room from the lift access skipping reception. We cooked a few meals during our stay, and it worked out really well. Check-in was efficient, though we were informed that formal attire was required for breakfast—long sleeves and no shorts. Personally, I found this a bit strict, especially as someone who frequently stays in 4- and 5-star hotels in England. We followed the dress code on the first day but noticed others wearing shorts and short-sleeved shirts, so we did the same for the rest of our stay. My tailored shorts and presentable shirts seemed appropriate for a breakfast buffet, not a formal dinner. The hotel's location in the IT Park is ideal, with plenty of places to visit within walking distance, including Sugbo Mercado for street food, which we went to twice with my fiancée's friends. The lobby staff and security were incredibly helpful. You can order a Grab and wait in the lobby, and the security guards will notify you when your taxi arrives. On the rooftop, there’s a bar and restaurant, a gym, and a pool. The pool is higher than the gym, offering some privacy while swimming, which we appreciated. The rooftop views are breathtaking, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There are also changing rooms, showers, and toilets by the poolside. There’s a bar where you can claim a welcome drink, but it was unmanned when we visited, and we ended up not using our voucher. We had one small issue during our stay when my Revolut platinum card, which is metal and thicker than usual cards, got stuck in the ATM. The security guard, Anjol, was incredibly helpful. He called the ATM owners, and with his assistance, we were able to retrieve the card without damage. His help was much appreciated, and management should recognize his excellent service. The attached mall has a food court where we enjoyed fruit shakes and boba tea, as well as karaoke booths, a cinema, and various shops. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return for a longer visit to fully enjoy the hotel and mall.

I love this hotels lobby and breakfast the best many food choices. Only the rooms toilet it’s still old no bedit. And need to call the plumber to properly flush it. I do hope they could change the toilet coz I love staying at this hotel. There’s Agwa bar and walking distance to IT park.

Hanno una piscina per bambini che è la dimensione giusta per mia figlia e una piscina abbastanza buona per mio figlio adolescente. Il faucet d'acqua ha mantenuto il piombo caldo e freddo doccia e rende così comodo riposare quando tutte le strutture funzionano. Il loro massaggio è aperto 24 ore. La loro sauna in palestra è un po' scomoda perché si deve camminare attraverso tutte le persone che lavorano se si vuole usare la sauna. Inoltre, tutto è eccellente!

La posizione è molto vicina al centro commerciale ayala. Colazione buona. La palestra e la piscina lavorano quando eravamo lì. Devo rimanere a sconto. Fino alle 6:00 e pagato il minimo di onore. Rimarrà qui. Andato canyoning.

L'hotel era un po' troppo lontano dalla zona principale. La camera era bella e pulita, ma la mancanza di asciugamani era frustrante. Sia gli asciugamani che la biancheria devono essere rinnovati. In più, l'area della piscina è incantevole e piacevole poter ordinare cibo e bevande.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is perfect for business travelers like myself. It's strategically situated in the heart of Cebu, making it easily accessible to major business hubs and attractions. Grab is also easier to book. The room is clean, and well-maintained. Although it’s smaller on the actual than the photos, still I appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable bed, which ensured a good night's sleep. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were warm, friendly, and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Also, the breakfast here is appetizing. It is really good! Lot of choices! Overall, I highly recommend Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in Cebu. I'll definitely be back!
