Poor quality of Hotel all inclusive,there’s to many people smoking in everywhere,they may have (non smoking signs) ,the variety of food is not so good

Dopo aver visitato diversi hotel a cayo coco posso senza dubbi dire che sol coco è stato il migliore in assoluto, grazie alla fantastica animazione, diverse attività per immergersi nel vero mondo cubano, voglio ringraziare ai direttori dell’animazione Rogelio e Alside per il loro fantastico lavoro, e non posso lasciar di mensionare a Santiago il chef per il suo meraviglioso lavoro, ci vediamo l’anno prossimo ♥️

La playa bonita ,la piscina limpia ,rico bufet,soy una niñ de 11 años y goce con el grupo de animación, el personal del hotel atiende bien a los niños en especial,un buen bufet,la mayoría del tiempo la pace en el espacio comiendo pizza,en el encargado del equipo de animación muy atento,repetiremos la visita

Estancia muy agradable en el hotel , muy buena atención, excelente comida , me he sentido muy cómodo con el asesor de cocina , habitaciones muy cómodas y excelente limpieza, x por la parte de animación es muy entretenido , muchas actividades recreativas

Todo muy bien ,la comida excelente el servicio y atención por parte de los trabajadores de la mejor calidad resaltando el gran trabajo de los cocineros en la elaboración de las comidas y en especial trabajo del chef santiago.solo un pequeño detalle a mejorar y es el servicio de la discoteca que funciona en días alternos y los clientes no disfrutan de ese servicio .

Vacaciones maravillosas!!!!! Hotel super recomendado, hemos pasado unos días espectaculares, desde nuestra llegada la atención fue muy buena, la comida exelente, todo muy limpio, la habitación de 10, la playa de las mejores q he visitado y no quiero dejar de mencionar el agradecimiento eterno al equipo de animación en especial a Rogelio el encargado del equipo que nos hicieron disfrutar al máximo.

We were there 3 times in the past year. Spent 2 weeks there for Chris**as and New Years. Went back in April. We love this resort. So relaxing and comfortable. The two beaches are amazing, one is shallow so you do not have to worry about the kids. The other is perfect for adult swimming and snorkeling. They are working on upgrading the facility, which is going to add to its charm. The entertainment is good and no too loud. The rooms are kept clean and the grounds are immaculate. But the best part of Sol is the amazing staff. They honestly treat you like family. Always greeting you with a smile and a fist pump. They honestly go above and beyond to make sure your visit is a comfortable and pleasant one. That includes the bartenders, waiters, cooks, servers, maids, entertainment staff, and grounds keepers, as well as the front desk staff. They are all fantastic. My better half, Archina (Mama as the staff call her) have already made this our second home. We miss it and can not wait to go back. Hope to see you all soon!
