Hotel in zona Unitop, Cavite

Non c'è nessuna attrezzatura intorno. Tuttavia, il servizio in camera è buono per poter risolvere tutto in hotel.

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”. I miei figli godevano la stanza di gioco, ma la stanza era pulita, ma c’era un odore annoiante che veniva dal bagno. Il custode è venuto a pulire bene, ma il odore continua a tornare. In futuro tornerà ancora.

Celebrato il nostro compleanno (Mio partner e mia sorella) all'Hotel Kimberly. Inizialmente ho prenotato per 2 camere buone per 6 pac. Una giornata prima mi hanno chiamato e mi hanno detto che ci metteranno in servizio nella loro villa della Guesthouse mentre sono completamente prenotate. Sono felice di accettare l’offerta, perché la villa era così bella e grande, buona per 15 pach. Amiamo il posto, buona per le famiglie con bambini, mio figlio ama la loro fattoria e era così felice con le attività come la mangime degli animali, il cavallo indietro. Hanno anche riscaldato la piscina. Il personale era molto bello, amichevole e accogliente. Sicuramente consiglierà! Grazie ancora!

La stanza che abbiamo trovato è stata una suite da 2 camere con sala, piccola zona da pranzo e 2 camere da riposo, quasi comparabili a quelle di 4-5 stelle. Le camere sono così buone, i nostri figli preferiscono mangiare all'interno della stanza piuttosto che mangiare fuori. Le letti sono così morbide, lisci e profumate che possiamo dormire confortevolmente. È solo un soggiorno di notte e possiamo dire che abbiamo il relax che volevamo. Grazie al personale Lee Boutique per il piacevole alloggio. Ci rifletteremo certamente a tornare a questo hotel nel nostro prossimo viaggio.

Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno in hotel. Le loro stanze sono pulite, così come le aminorizzazioni. Offrono anche ristorante e caffè (Sigo Moderno Filipino e Siglo Brew) che offre un pasto e bevande spicci. E' davvero una grande esperienza.

Honestly the hotel as I mentioned above is excellent hotel in everything but the problem for the peoples who will select room with breakfast as me , the problem I paid money to eat breakfast as I like or there is buffet breakfast but the problem, the procedure is different. The menus only assigned some items and need to choose one and this is not fair due I am Arab and different due Muslim and not eat any food , anyway thanks for all your nice kind and nice in services and nice people do their best to satisfy the guest in the guest hotel 🙏

Stavo per due notti a Tagaytay per un po' di riposo e controllare la capitale estiva alternativa delle Filippine come un luogo possibile per il pensionamento: Baguio è la capitale estiva ufficiale, ma è un lungo viaggio a nord di Manila. L'hotel è situato in una posizione ideale su un cortile con vista sul lago di Taal e vi è un centro commerciale con ristoranti dall'altra parte della strada: il miglior accesso è via ponte pedonale, poiché la strada è molto occupata. Ci sono molti altri ristoranti a piedi su entrambi i lati della strada.La mia stanza aveva due letti matrimoniali (che erano diversi, suppongo...lol) e un'altra. Il letto era abbastanza comodo, ma ci sono stati dei bracciali alla base (probabilmente per collegare un altro letto) che erano trappole di anca selvaggie quando tornavano da un viaggio notturno in bagno: Sto girando in agonia e probabilmente ho esaurito il mio notevole vocabolario di parole giurate... spero non ci fosse nessuno nella stanza vicino alla porta! The bathroom was very average and the shower head / bottom sput setup was of a type I’d not met before: if you want to use the shower head you have to grab the nozzle of the bottom sput, then pull and twist. Sembrava che fosse una bugia, perché dopo due prove hanno sostituito l'intero sputum, ma era ancora molto difficile da usare. Il WIFI gratuito era quasi inesistente: non potevo ricevere un segnale nella mia stanza e l'unico modo per ricevere un segnale era stare in piedi nella porta della mia stanza, o sedere a tavola nel corridoio... e parlare dei corridoi, Ha visto il film The Shining? I corridoi hanno avuto un senso di eery e altre recensioni hanno fatto commenti simili su essere ricordato di quel film...Lol L'hotel era pulito e piacevole abbastanza, ma un po' datato e poteva fare con un rifornimento. Avevo diritto a colazione gratuita per la quale ero grato...difetti locali, quindi non poteva essere adatto a qualche gusto occidentale. C'era una piscina, ma era troppo fredda e ventosa da usare. Il personale era grande!

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.

Siamo una famiglia di 5 e ci siamo trasferiti nella camera della famiglia Prestige. La camera dispone di 4 letti matrimoniali e la vista perfetta del vulcano lingua. Ci è davvero piacevole la vista lingua. Il personale è molto accogliente e sempre disponibile per aiutare. Abbiamo fatto il picco della stagione, quindi ci ha voluto un po' di tempo per controllare la nostra ingresso (230pm invece di 2pm). La cena nel ristorante Bellissima è buona, abbiamo avuto cena e colazione qui. La piscina è buona con la vista della lingua.Abbiamo provato il bagno e era tutto a posto. Forse offrire un tè di ginger dopo il massaggio può essere un buon supplemento.
