Non c'è nessuna attrezzatura intorno. Tuttavia, il servizio in camera è buono per poter risolvere tutto in hotel.

La stanza era pulita e temperata, e nonostante la prenotazione di un ultimo minuto, ci hanno accolti subito. Il personale era piacevole, e la posizione è convenientemente vicino al centro commerciale. Il buffet colazione era magnifico! Certamente torneremo! P.S. foto è stata presa prima di check-out ☺️

Se vuoi una porta accessibile dal ricco e bustello della città, consiglio Nurture Wellness Village. Prenota una stanza e un trattamento allo stesso tempo per massimizzare il tempo per disabilitare. Nota Ho trovato i prezzi di Agoda più economici di prenotare sul loro sito web, quindi assicuratevi di fare shopping. Pro: (1) Ottimo personale spa. Il massaggio è stato rilassato e i terapeuti hanno fatto bene il loro lavoro. Il massaggio per coppie era in una stanza proprio sotto la nostra stanza, così facile da dormire per un po' di bagno dopo il massaggio. (2) I giardini sono rilassanti e brividi. Non troppo grande, ma abbastanza per godersi un soggiorno di notte. (3) I bagni sono davvero bello e dal marchio aromaterapia che vendono anche nel loro negozio. (4) Agricoltura a ristorante da tavola ha buono, a buon prezzo cibo con grande servizio. Cons: (1) In questo mondo semplificato di controlli e checkout espressi, ho trovato le loro procedure molto furie - così tanto riempire i formati e firmare i documenti! I pagamenti ai diversi servizi non sono senza saldatura; se mangiate al ristorante non potete pagare alla vostra stanza alla fine del vostro soggiorno. (2) Era in una stanza vicino a un edificio di personale e a un ragazzo, erano il personale rumoroso! Le camere sono pulite e generalmente ben mantenute. Tuttavia, le camere iniziano a sentirsi date e vecchie (e non in modo buono).

Il personale amichevole mi ha accolto con un sorriso vero e ha assicurato un buon processo di check-in, e mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto. La mia camera era decorata con un equilibrio armonioso di esthetica moderna e conforto a casa, il letto era incredibilmente confortevole, garantendo un riposo di notte. Aggiunse un po' di lusso al mio soggiorno con servizi come Wi-Fi, minibar e bagni premium. Il ristorante in loco dell'hotel ha offerto una varietà di piatti di ingredienti freschi e di origine locale. Mi è stato particolarmente piacevole il buffet di colazione vario e sostanziale che soddisfa i diversi gusti e le esigenze alimentari. Convenientemente situato vicino alle attrazioni popolari e ai trasporti pubblici, l'hotel mi ha reso facile esplorare la città e godere dell'atmosfera vibrante. In generale, consiglio sinceramente questo hotel per il suo servizio eccellente, comodità di alloggio e valore eccezionale.

Celebrato il nostro compleanno (Mio partner e mia sorella) all'Hotel Kimberly. Inizialmente ho prenotato per 2 camere buone per 6 pac. Una giornata prima mi hanno chiamato e mi hanno detto che ci metteranno in servizio nella loro villa della Guesthouse mentre sono completamente prenotate. Sono felice di accettare l’offerta, perché la villa era così bella e grande, buona per 15 pach. Amiamo il posto, buona per le famiglie con bambini, mio figlio ama la loro fattoria e era così felice con le attività come la mangime degli animali, il cavallo indietro. Hanno anche riscaldato la piscina. Il personale era molto bello, amichevole e accogliente. Sicuramente consiglierà! Grazie ancora!

La stanza che abbiamo trovato è stata una suite da 2 camere con sala, piccola zona da pranzo e 2 camere da riposo, quasi comparabili a quelle di 4-5 stelle. Le camere sono così buone, i nostri figli preferiscono mangiare all'interno della stanza piuttosto che mangiare fuori. Le letti sono così morbide, lisci e profumate che possiamo dormire confortevolmente. È solo un soggiorno di notte e possiamo dire che abbiamo il relax che volevamo. Grazie al personale Lee Boutique per il piacevole alloggio. Ci rifletteremo certamente a tornare a questo hotel nel nostro prossimo viaggio.

Honestly the hotel as I mentioned above is excellent hotel in everything but the problem for the peoples who will select room with breakfast as me , the problem I paid money to eat breakfast as I like or there is buffet breakfast but the problem, the procedure is different. The menus only assigned some items and need to choose one and this is not fair due I am Arab and different due Muslim and not eat any food , anyway thanks for all your nice kind and nice in services and nice people do their best to satisfy the guest in the guest hotel 🙏

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.
