Non c'è nessuna attrezzatura intorno. Tuttavia, il servizio in camera è buono per poter risolvere tutto in hotel.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico qui! Servizio eccezionale e biancheria da letto ben tenuta. Ho un commento con il bagno però, avrei voluto che fosse più profumato, e ha bisogno di più manutenzione. Ma non ha davvero influenzato l'esperienza complessiva dell'hotel.

We booked 2nights stay for our wedding anniversary. Check in was smooth and efficient. We were escorted to our room (Safari couple) and assisted in bringing our bags. The room was clean, although it is small, it was very cozy and you'll really get to feel the glamping vibe which me and my husband liked a lot. The shower area has a bit of moulds but it was minimal. The mosquito net is a saviour though the one we had has a hole luckily not much of mosquitos during our stay. The jacuzzi is nice. When we arrived the jacuzzi was ready and warmed up so all we had to do was jump into it. They also allow using bath bombs or bubble bath which is really nice cause one would enjoy jacuzzi with that and also you can request to change the water of the jacuzzi especially if you are staying more than 1night so that everyday the water is fresh. We didn't request for housekeeping during our stay so they were quite generous on replenishing our amenities instead. Breakfast option is so so we'd say. Menu is bit pricey for us. So we mostly opted for grab food. Speaking of, we ordered Andoks via Grab for our lunch on our 1st day. We ate just outside our tent for our lunch. We didn't get to finish the food cause it was too much for us, in short we had left overs of Andoks (1 bangus + 2 quarter parts of chicken + 1 bbq stick). We covered the left over food nicely and left them on top of our table just outside our tent assuming that it is safe to leave them there since we couldn't really bring them inside our tent cause it would smell. So then we went ahead and took our afternoon nap and when we wake up and checked on our left over food to have it for dinner; we were surprised that some of it were partially taken. The 1pc bbq stick and 1 quarter of chicken were gone. My husband and I thought that maybe one of us had eaten it while one was asleep but it was not. We also thought that maybe the insects around probably poke into our food but then the food was still covered nicely when we came back for it. Somebody must have meddle into our food while we were away asleep. Tbh, it wasn't really a big deal for us cause the food wasn't really that pricey and we will be happy to share it to the needy but the thought of somebody was meddling on our belongings while we were just few steps away asleep inside our tent makes it feel odd. We hope security could be better in future. We went to swim on our 2nd day. We were at the biggest pool that morning when we were asked to leave cause they have to clean it. The staff politely asked us to leave and transfer to another pool instead, it was fine to us but we thought that it would be better if they schedule the pool cleaning not during the operating hours so that guests can really maximise the pool usage. Check out was smooth as well. We were assisted by Melissa. Have shared to her our feedback and she was apologetic about it. But overall stay was lovely. Il mio primo recensione e la mia prima prenotazione con Trip.com, e sono contento che sia stato un soggiorno memorabile a Anya Resort. Il resort era così rilassante, e mi piacevano le strutture, soprattutto la piscina; era una piscina riscaldata anche se nuoti di notte. Inoltre, tutto il personale è molto accogliente ovunque tu vada se il giorno ti vede non esita a salutarti. È stato un piacere che ci hanno dato un buffet di colazione esclusivo in Anya Elite Club Lounge, anche se non siamo membri di Elite nel club lounge. Anya Resort è uno dei migliori resort finora visitati. Abbiamo in programma di tornare presto. Prima di concludere questa recensione, grazie ancora per tutti i complementi che ci ha dato. Se vuoi una porta accessibile dal ricco e bustello della città, consiglio Nurture Wellness Village. Prenota una stanza e un trattamento allo stesso tempo per massimizzare il tempo per disabilitare. Nota Ho trovato i prezzi di Agoda più economici di prenotare sul loro sito web, quindi assicuratevi di fare shopping. Pro: (1) Ottimo personale spa. Il massaggio è stato rilassato e i terapeuti hanno fatto bene il loro lavoro. Il massaggio per coppie era in una stanza proprio sotto la nostra stanza, così facile da dormire per un po' di bagno dopo il massaggio. (2) I giardini sono rilassanti e brividi. Non troppo grande, ma abbastanza per godersi un soggiorno di notte. (3) I bagni sono davvero bello e dal marchio aromaterapia che vendono anche nel loro negozio. (4) Agricoltura a ristorante da tavola ha buono, a buon prezzo cibo con grande servizio. Cons: (1) In questo mondo semplificato di controlli e checkout espressi, ho trovato le loro procedure molto furie - così tanto riempire i formati e firmare i documenti! I pagamenti ai diversi servizi non sono senza saldatura; se mangiate al ristorante non potete pagare alla vostra stanza alla fine del vostro soggiorno. (2) Era in una stanza vicino a un edificio di personale e a un ragazzo, erano il personale rumoroso! Le camere sono pulite e generalmente ben mantenute. Tuttavia, le camere iniziano a sentirsi date e vecchie (e non in modo buono).

Ci hanno dato anche una bella e pulita stanza. Uno dei migliori alloggi che abbiamo avuto, kudos al loro delizioso colazione 🍽️☕. Tutto in un resort e hotel più ristorante e caffè. Una passeggiata a Picnic Grove, negozio di comodità e chiesa. Sono così benvenuti e gentili.

Honestly the hotel as I mentioned above is excellent hotel in everything but the problem for the peoples who will select room with breakfast as me , the problem I paid money to eat breakfast as I like or there is buffet breakfast but the problem, the procedure is different. The menus only assigned some items and need to choose one and this is not fair due I am Arab and different due Muslim and not eat any food , anyway thanks for all your nice kind and nice in services and nice people do their best to satisfy the guest in the guest hotel 🙏

I would say it's not the best place to stay but the sunrise makes everything worth it. SMDC Wind Residences has almost everything nearby. Convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants, main road, few minutes away from Sky Ranch and one of the best overlooking spas in Tagaytay, Qi Wellness. It does not have Wi-Fi and there's no mobile phone signal as well. Generally, the room is deadspot unless you place your phone right beside the main door. It has simple bed, simple design. No smart TV nor cable but it has the TV box where you can watch local channels. I guess this place is just for people to sleep in, shower and take a quick meal. There's a functioning fridge and kitchen utensils that you can use. There's a rice cooker too if incase you need to eat rice or heat noodles. Overall, it's an okay experience. Just don't expect too much. Besides, it's very affordable compared to most rooms you can rent in Tagaytay. I got the lake view room for only 1,500. There’s a lot to do around the area. Better not lock yourself up in the room!!! 🙂

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.
