Hotel in zona Manila Memorial Dasmarinas Sales, Cavite

Staying here is good, have a lot of good views so relaxing. We enjoyed a lot, special the food on your restaurant is so good. But the only thing is the heating is not working properly but all goods. We will see you again next time.

La stanza era pulita e temperata, e nonostante la prenotazione di un ultimo minuto, ci hanno accolti subito. Il personale era piacevole, e la posizione è convenientemente vicino al centro commerciale. Il buffet colazione era magnifico! Certamente torneremo! P.S. foto è stata presa prima di check-out ☺️

Non c'è nessuna attrezzatura intorno. Tuttavia, il servizio in camera è buono per poter risolvere tutto in hotel.

Honestly the hotel as I mentioned above is excellent hotel in everything but the problem for the peoples who will select room with breakfast as me , the problem I paid money to eat breakfast as I like or there is buffet breakfast but the problem, the procedure is different. The menus only assigned some items and need to choose one and this is not fair due I am Arab and different due Muslim and not eat any food , anyway thanks for all your nice kind and nice in services and nice people do their best to satisfy the guest in the guest hotel 🙏

Stavo per due notti a Tagaytay per un po' di riposo e controllare la capitale estiva alternativa delle Filippine come un luogo possibile per il pensionamento: Baguio è la capitale estiva ufficiale, ma è un lungo viaggio a nord di Manila. L'hotel è situato in una posizione ideale su un cortile con vista sul lago di Taal e vi è un centro commerciale con ristoranti dall'altra parte della strada: il miglior accesso è via ponte pedonale, poiché la strada è molto occupata. Ci sono molti altri ristoranti a piedi su entrambi i lati della strada.La mia stanza aveva due letti matrimoniali (che erano diversi, suppongo...lol) e un'altra. Il letto era abbastanza comodo, ma ci sono stati dei bracciali alla base (probabilmente per collegare un altro letto) che erano trappole di anca selvaggie quando tornavano da un viaggio notturno in bagno: Sto girando in agonia e probabilmente ho esaurito il mio notevole vocabolario di parole giurate... spero non ci fosse nessuno nella stanza vicino alla porta! The bathroom was very average and the shower head / bottom sput setup was of a type I’d not met before: if you want to use the shower head you have to grab the nozzle of the bottom sput, then pull and twist. Sembrava che fosse una bugia, perché dopo due prove hanno sostituito l'intero sputum, ma era ancora molto difficile da usare. Il WIFI gratuito era quasi inesistente: non potevo ricevere un segnale nella mia stanza e l'unico modo per ricevere un segnale era stare in piedi nella porta della mia stanza, o sedere a tavola nel corridoio... e parlare dei corridoi, Ha visto il film The Shining? I corridoi hanno avuto un senso di eery e altre recensioni hanno fatto commenti simili su essere ricordato di quel film...Lol L'hotel era pulito e piacevole abbastanza, ma un po' datato e poteva fare con un rifornimento. Avevo diritto a colazione gratuita per la quale ero grato...difetti locali, quindi non poteva essere adatto a qualche gusto occidentale. C'era una piscina, ma era troppo fredda e ventosa da usare. Il personale era grande!

La stanza era molto bassa e piccola, con poco spazio per camminare. Tuttavia, era a un livello accettabile di pulizia. La zona di cammino intorno al palazzo principale è bella. Il personale era amichevole e accogliente. La mattina dopo ci sono stati serviti un complimento bevanda e colazione. L'unico posto in basso è l'ubicazione. Al momento della prenotazione, non ho capito che sarebbe stato fino a questo punto fuori. Non ci sono ristoranti a pasto rapido a distanza, quindi doveva prendere il triciclo.

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.

Nel bel paesaggio delle Filippine, Taal Vista ci ha offerto un soggiorno davvero memorabile, e dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati saluti con calda ospitalità e un senso di tranquillità che permeava tutta la nostra esperienza. La camera era improvvisamente pulita, esaltando un senso di conforto e di relax. L'incantevole vista del vulcano dalla finestra era semplicemente disgustosa, aggiungendo un strato di fascino aggiuntivo al nostro soggiorno. Ci siamo trovati attaccati dalla bellezza della natura proprio fuori dalla nostra porta. Le camere fornite superavano in ogni modo le nostre aspettative, le strutture erano moderne e ben mantenute, garantendo che avessimo tutto quello che ci serviva per un soggiorno confortevole. Il personale era amichevole e attento, sempre pronto a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta o indagini che avevamo. Durante il nostro tempo a Taal Vista, abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di indulgere nei piaceri culinari offerti dai ristoranti dell'hotel, ogni pasto era una pietra culinaria, mostrando i vibranti sapori della cucina filipina. L'esperienza di mangiare è stata ulteriormente migliorata dalle splendide visione del paesaggio circostante, creando un'esperienza di mangiare veramente inoltrabile. In generale, il nostro soggiorno a Taal Vista non era altro che eccezionale. Da alloggi puliti e confortevoli alle visione e ai servizi impeccabili, ogni aspetto della nostra esperienza superava le nostre aspettative. Abbiamo lasciato il sentimento di rigiovanimento e gratitudine per l'opportunità di immergersi in un ambiente così tranquillo e bellissimo. Non possiamo aspettare di tornare a Spiegare per un altro inoltro.

✅ we went there via commute, the place is accessible and easy to find. ✅ staff are friendly and attentive ✅ hair dryer by request ✅ we tried the other resto, bella ciao, a bit pricey but at least their food was decent. ❎ very small room. feels like im staying at a motel. i requested for a room with balcony. the balcony was very small and has a view of i dont know how to describe it. ❎ the hotel resto, organico gourmet, is meh . we ate there upon checking in, my bbq tasted ok and tender. but on the other order, meat was very hard. there are items on the menu that were not available. the coffee is just sad. oh God why!? ❎ a father and son was stucked at the elevator when there was a power outage. they have a generator but i didnt feel the sense of urgency to help them get out of the elevator asap. i felt sorry for them esp for the toddler as he seemed traumatized by what happened and he kept on crying ❎ pool was small and not heated (considering it's location) but it was ok. until it got very crowded because it is shared with the tenants from the residential area (some rented it out as guests). i hope you do something about it. may be have a different pool exclusive for hotel guests only. shower area was far from the pool, doesn't have any written directions as to where it was. so some just went straight into the pool without showering first. it was also very slippery, so i suggest you put something on the floor to prevent accidents. the area behind the glass of the pool was very dirty . not enough resting area or tables and chairs where we can put our things. ❎ since there was no towel exclusive for pool use, we had to bring our towel from our room. i called front desk to ask for a new towel since the other one was soaked already because we used it to dry ourselves from the pool. they are charging 50pesos for an extra towel. i mean really? overall, it was a bit expensive hotel but the experience didn't match the price. sorry but i will never go back and will not recommend it to anyone.
