Was my very first time staying in a premier inn. Stayed in a premier plus room on the 10th floor. For 1 night. And I must say that the room was clean and tidy as was the shower room. Bed was really comfy and the breakfast was absolutely banging. Top notch I must say

The reception area has now been removed with guests now needing to use the self check-in facilities very few staff available to assist with not a great deal of interest. The carpet in the Premier Plus room was heavily stained by bleach or cleaned with bleach but a bit unsightly.

We booked here for 3 nights sat to Tues our room was a premier plus room 906 nice size room, walk in shower, fridge, coffee machine. Staff at the check in were lovely I would say they need more staff on as the poor bloke was rushed off his feet but he coped very well. I would stay here again. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we had made plans with friends. X

I have stayed at Premier Inns in different cities in England, Wales and Scotland and this hotel is one of my favourites . The location is perfect - near the railway station and very close to shops, castle and transport to Cardiff Bay. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying again soon.

The outside of the hotel is dirty and unpleasant. The staff for some of our stay were very rude. The rules are completely inflexible, rooms and timing are all governed by the computer. I wouldn't stay here again

To be honest I wish I could leave a higher mark that 5/5 the service I got was amazing best I’ve ever had and I’ve been to very expensive and very luxurious hotels in my time want to give a big shout out to Frankie on reception he really knows how to make a guest happy wasn’t just me I’m talking but for all guest he would go the extra mile just to make sure we was enjoying our stay thank you so much will definitely be coming back / suggest to all friends and family

Smelly room. Could hear the people upstairs talking, peeing and flushing the toilet. Drain in the bathroom kept gurgling all night.
