We recently booked a night at Morgans as a late Christmas surprise for our sons, one of whom had previously visited as part of a school trip and was eager to return. The experience exceeded all expectations, thanks to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make our children feel special. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find teddies and sweet treats in our room, along with VIP lanyards that entitled the children to free drinks throughout our stay. These thoughtful gestures truly made the stay unforgettable. Although we did encounter a few issues with our room, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and generosity, offering appropriate compensation which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast provided was both delicious and fulfilling, leaving us with a positive impression of the quality of service. Overall, our experience at Morgans was wonderful, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended for families looking for a memorable and personalized stay.

The Hotel and the room was lovely. The bed very comfortable and the room was warm,cosy! Interesting interior. The Staff very friendly and super helpful. Only negative was the noise coming from upstairs - squeaky floor. Nonetheless, would recommend!

This is one off the nicest hotels me & my husband have stayed in the room was beautiful amazing bed high comfortable 2 showers cleaned to a very high standard staff go above and beyond and a perfect central location we will definitely be back All of the hotels linked to the morgans hotel are beautiful x

Absolutely gorgeous room never stayed before but it was stunning very spacious,very peaceful great staff great location perfect couple of nights we stayed in December especially at the most wonderful time of the year, we loved it and will be returning most definitely .

Amy on reception was fabulous and made us feel at home. She gave us a great tip for diner at Gallinis Italian restaurant. Superb hotel in fantastic location, very close to the marina. Lovely to admire all the Yachts and pick out the nicest ;-) The room with 4 poster bed was fabulous.

I just love Morgan’s Hotel and The Georgian annex. Part of this marvellous complex. The Staff are so friendly and delightful. The bar is a buzzing hub of social activity. The breakfast is amazing. The Rooms are the thing, all very grand, all individual, all different, but just wonderful.

Had a fab time and a free upgrade as our shower had a temperature problem ,we were looked after by Rhys who was brilliant nothing to much trouble, all the staff were friendly and accommodating , definite recommend to anyone who fancies a couple a nights away, lovely breakfast aswell

Lovely room. Lovely staff. Marred by being told it was not possible to park our brand new car in one of the available spaces in the car park due to our not staying in the main hotel: we had to park in the public car park around the corner, and then walk back again in the dark and in the pouring rain

Visited with my husband and my sister and brother in law, as our annual Christmas trip. As always service and accommodation were wonderful, first time in the Georgian and loved it. Decor and rooms are lovely, breakfast was gorgeous, staff were welcoming and helpful. Would recommend the Elephant or Diamond rooms in the Georgian building, great value for money.
