Hotel a Castellar del Valles, Spagna

Il posto è pieno di zanzare in mezzo al nulla ma lo pubblicizzano come a soli 15 minuti da Barcellona. In realtà sei a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana, poi ci sono altri 45 minuti per raggiungere la città. Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni a uccidere le zanzare di notte, senza riuscire a dormire. Avevano così tante punture di zanzare che era ridicolo e non spruzzavano perché ”allergie umane”. La porta della stanza doveva essere aperta dal personale perché le chiavi non funzionavano. Le lenzuola avevano sangue vecchio da quello che posso solo supporre che le punture di zanzara degli altri ospiti. Esperienza terribile.

Che peccato. Un hotel non male. Accoglienza piacevole. Bevande calde in servizio al Rez de chaussée. Una camera abbastanza moderna, con purtroppo un muro strappato dai bagagli dei clienti. L’hotel aveva comunicato sulla disinfezione Covid. Mio marito ha visto che il clima andava male e di solito ha uscito il filtro ...che era completamente chiuso di polvere! Non pulito da ... anni? Eravamo sconvolti. Ha pulito i filtri, e il clima è andato perfettamente. Abbiamo fatto un mail e abbiamo visto la ricezione . Un interlocutore telefonico ha detto che l'ultima pulizia data di 2 mesi. Quindi c'è un problema . Ci è stato spontaneamente offerto un piccolo rimborso. Les restaurants dans la zone sont plutôt des fast-foods Je conseille de prendre la voiture et d’aller d’déjeuner au centre ville. Le petit déjeuner était médiocre

Va bene in hotel, l'unica cosa che andrebbe bene è che mettono un frigorifero nella stanza, altrimenti va tutto bene gli addetti alla reception sono molto cordiali ma c'è una ragazza delle pulizie che è un po' antipatica, sembra sempre arrabbiata e io ho visto come puliva le finestre del bagno con un asciugamano e poi lo piegava e lo lasciava come un asciugamano pulito

Grandi camere pulite sorprendentemente tranquille Grandi amici e assistenti con parcheggio sicuro gateato ristorante amichevole sul sito con buona scelta calda e fredda bevande alimentari dessert rulli hamburger e salate si può prendere il cibo caldo servito e prendere la vostra camera su contenuto direttamente dal ristorante belle moderne decorazioni confortevoli letti sarebbe definitivamente rivisita

Ciao la terrazza dell'hotel è spettacolare con la piscina e altri prezzi normali e sono ben fatto, ma per dire non mettere più stelle è per il personale della terrazza sono lontani cambiando opinione e peggio trattamento persona a persona. E' un peccato, ma per questo non tornerò.

Just returned from a week stay at the hotel. The hotel is super clean and offers a gd bfast. However I hate to say that we r soo disappointed with the approach of the receptionists. We r a family of 5 ... 2 adults and 3 kids and thus had 2 interconnecting rooms. By mistake one of the kids locked one of the rooms with the chain and thus could not open the door. We asked the receptionists (2 young ladies) to help us out. After something like an hour waiting they told us that the maintence guy cannot be reached. We asked for a scew driver to unscrew the chain and they told us with have to give our visa no as these were d instructions. Of course we refused and after another hr or so, I had to reexplain that I had imp medication in the room and couldn't no spend the night outside without it. Only then did one of the them decide to come up and see my husband unlock the chain in 2 mins! No apologies nothing.... On another day we asked how we can get to some funpark with kids. Since we didn't have a car they told us that it is practically impossible. It is clear they (once again the 2 ladies) have no idea.... Absolutely.... How to inform clients how to get there. We had to ask locals to help us.... And we managed Illa fun park and also Porta Avventura with no hassle at all using a train! Unbelievable. When we needed a taxi a helpful receptionist, Marc always called for us and the taxi came in no time. However when we asked the same 2 receptionists.... They wanted to give us the number of the driver and we had to call. Im so sorry to complain however I believe that the receptionists have to have basic manners and information skills to direct their clients in a decent manner. The situation was so hilarious that sometimes I thought they were playing some joke on us😶

Grande appartamento tutto attrezzato, moderno e molto spazioso, aria condizionata, molto pulita, casa fatto ogni giorno, garage in terrazza gratuita, parcheggio esterno, quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo, a 30min dal centro di Barcellona Le consiglio vivamente, Non deluso, al contrario molto soddisfatto A Top non dire niente !!!!!!

Lo único bueno del hotel es el personal… todo lo demás bastante malo… habitaciones (porque vimos más de una) bastante descuidada. Las fotos están muy bien hechas. Eso si un personal de 10!! El desayuno está bien, es escaso en variedad pero está bieen

molto caro in generale quelli giorni ho pagato 500€ per tre notti che non mi era mai successo ame a Barcelona pero va bene ci hanno spiegato che era la gara del motto gp ed per questo i prezzi sono impazziti cosa molto strana e non buona per il business

Typical ibis room, clean and sterile. Nice meals in the restaurant although I would normally like to eat before their 19:30 opening time. Would be handy for the circuit if gate 3 at the track was in use. Only gate 1 open in my visit - 30+ minutes walk. Hotel is in an industrial area,there is a petrol station with a well stocked food store about 5 minutes walk.
