Hotel a Cashmere, Australia

We were dropped at this motel by mistake by our Taxi driver. Couldn't understand why the checkin was not going well. It turned out we had been dropped at the wrong Motel by our taxi driver. No problem says Deanne the lovely motel owner, i will get my staff to drive you over to where you have already booked in. What an awesome gesture. Thanks Deanne. You made our day. I so hope that we can return the favour sometime soon. Support this business because of their very generous care of short stay customers.

Era un assolutamente bello soggiorno eccellente personale e loro dove molto amichevole e utile con qualsiasi domanda che volevamo rispondervi o se avessimo bisogno di direzioni per un posto si consiglierà sicuramente di rimanere qui o io resterò qui la cosa migliore da solo Questo è un vantaggio per la piscina riscaldata che hanno perfetto per loro giorni freddi dove si vuole andare a nuotare ma non si vuole finire malato.

We stayed at Clear Mountain for three nights in a superior room. The room was clean, beds comfortable, with a pleasant view. The bathroom was a bit peculiar though, with very little room for cosmetics and toiletries. Shower was good though. The staff everywhere are really pleasant and helpful. Parking is a bit of a hassle in that there are stairs up from one of the parking lots which makes lugging heavy bags up to reception a nuisance. Likewise there are no lifts in the hotel. We were on the second floor (I think there are three floors) so again a lift or staff to help getting bags up and down stairs would have been appreciated, particularly for oldsters like us. The resort does need a facelift in parts, some of the older chairs and tables in the dining room should have been replaced long ago. The restaurant was a bitter disappointment. The menu is very limited, with such offerings as Chicken Maryland, the usual pork belly and the ubiquitous salmon. The prices, however, do not reflect such humble offerings. We had pork ragu which was tasty, but priced at $38, which I thought was a bit high. Steak was $52. The vegetarian option was pumpkin, a bit tarted up but still pumpkin. Far better to travel to Samford Village. The hotel there serves pub food which is typically pub food which was tasty, unpretentious and a whole lot cheaper. The pub is huge, but the eating areas are separated so it doesn’t feel ‘barn like’. It may be that the resort is having an issue hiring chefs and kitchen staff as this seems to be the case everywhere post covid, but the restaurant does need to lift its game regarding the paucity, cost and quality of menu items. Breakfast at the resort was fine, with the usual fare on offer. Breakfast finishes at 9, a bit early for retirees (and late sleepers) like us!😀. Despite my criticisms we would return for the views, the relaxing vibe, and the beautiful surrounding area. The real winners in this resort are its position, views and the friendliness of it’s staff.

Alloggio molto situato, che è flessibile su; durata del soggiorno, dimensione e tipo di camera, più cena e parcheggio. Ho scelto di rimanere nella sezione motociclista e il personale amichevole era solo troppo felice di cambiare la mia prenotazione online all'iscrizione, dal livello del terreno a un ottimo piano superiore. Le aree sono bellissime, con un'ampia sedia aperta, nonché un'area sensazionale di piscina. Ci è un caffè in loco e il parcheggio auto è molto e molto ampio. In questa parte di Brisbane Nord ci sono molti ristoranti eccellenti. E ho deciso di andare con un ritiro dal premio Pizza Plaza a Boondall, lavato con una rosa moscato di fiori. E' stata una decisione ingenua, rimanere a Ingenia ...

Amorevole questo posto, il personale della reception sono sempre così bello le camere sono quelle di vicino a un 5 stelle rating l’unico motivo che non è un completo 5 stelle è la piscina è piccola e nessun giardino ecc ma le camere con spa in loro sono sorprendenti sarà certamente indietro!!!

Il motel era facile da navigare per noi campagna di uomo che non guida nella città potevamo camminare verso le camere del centro commerciale Westfield pulite e tedesche avevamo 16 anni e era sul retro non molto rumore stradale per essere su una strada occupata. Aldi vicino alla porta era una grande comodità

I had the BEST stay here! Over the last few weeks I’ve stayed in a few hotels in the Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast before getting to Brisbane. My 2 night stay at The Brook was the best so far! The room was so nice & clean, the staff were warm, friendly & helpful. The food at the restaurant was delish & the little extra’s were such a nice touch & so appreciated. There was a complimentary drink offered for the restaurant, a 10% discount on food, nice bottle of red wine in the room, and in the bathroom there was double the toiletries (which was so good because you know 1 of those tiny bottles of shower gel is never enough). They even gave me a late check out at no extra charge. Gemma & Emma in the restaurant/bar were so helpful, kind & down to earth. And the tree! The tree covered in fairy lights was the highlight. Overall, I can not fault it!! It was amazing & I would definitely stay again!

Stanza in studio, pulito. piacevole, vicino ai centri sanitari e centro commerciale Westfield. Nelle vicinanze anche parchi naturali per coloro che amano fare un pedaggio o semplicemente camminare in famiglia .accessibile a piedi. Un personale a l’écoute des besoins du client. Un grand merci à Theresa. 🙏🏼

Bel posto tranquillo. vicino a un grande centro commerciale. Non posso andare male lì. Non troppo lontano dall'aeroporto o dalla città, così facile da raggiungere.
