Everyone and everything was great. This resort setting near the mountains in Tucson was just gorgeous.

Really nice spot that fortunately, was not too crowded in the summer. I will definitely stay here again! There were two good swimming pools and the staff was very friendly.

I did a 2 night stay at the resort. In my opinion for $800 I spent I feel I should have chosen another resort in the area. Just coming onto the premises the staff there were not to friendly. I walked past a few staff members who were just cold. They didnt speak and went out of there way to evert eye contact. Not a way to start off a stay. Front desk staff were fairly polite but I still felt the coldness. No warm welcomes I can tell you. The rooms were fairly clean with a decent view. As far as food options they were bad. We ordered dinner and the 1st main 3 items I chose were out of stock that night. I was forced to order food I didnt even want due to lack of options. That is quite disturbing seeing as the resort seemed fairly empty. First time I have experienced this anywhere. Day time here was peaceful but again the resort just lacked alot. Breakfast was pretty good on Saturday morning. Saturday night again i called for dinner amd mostly all items were unavailable. This is the second night and im forced to order food i didnt want. My fiance had me call front desk to state my frustration. They did offer a $100 concession. Checkout time is at 11am Sunday morning. Tell me why cleani g services abrubtly came into my room while me and my fiance were packing at 8:30 am. Like wow. That was extremely disrespectful seeing as checkout ime wasnt for another 2 and a half hours. Invaded our privacy as well gave us a sence of urgency to get out. Idk. $800 for 2 night. I will go elsewh

A step back in time when families wintered in Tucson. Lots of family activities available; tennis, volleyball, ball field, horse riding, ping pong and corn hole. Views from the property are breathtaking. Rooms are dated but spacious. All in all a good value.

This was our first-time staying at your resort. We found it to be very beautiful and enjoyable. Your staff was very helpful and friendly. Our meal in the restaurant was very delicious. Our room was very nice and cozy. We will definitely stay at your resort once again.

The Westward Look boasts stunning grounds with ample walking paths, and the pools and amenities look inviting. However, our room situation was frustrating. Despite booking a king room, we encountered two rooms with beds that sloped significantly higher at the foot and dipped in the middle. After requesting changes twice, we finally received a room with comfortable full-size beds, although not our original preference. The property itself appears a bit worn and could benefit from renovations.

The resort is always gorgeous and in bloom and everyone is so helpful. The pool was warm! We were disappointed in the condition of the shower in our suite ss the drain was slow and door would not stay shut.

Location was off the main roads by about a mile, which made it quiet. It is elevated which provides some amazing views for sunrises, sunsets, and nighttime lights. Very large spacious room.

We had made a reservation at the Tuxon Hotel under the impression that it was a chic boutique hotel in the mountains but upon arrival discovered it had been falsely advertised and was nothing more than a roadside motel adjacent to the freeway in a sketchy neighborhood. After immediately canceling our reservation we were scrambling to find a place to stay for the two nights were planning to be in Tucson. We did a Google search and came upon the Westward Look Wyndham Resort. We drove over and as soon as we pulled in, felt the peace of mind of knowing that we were in a much safer and more pleasant part of town. The front desk employee was extremely helpful in helping us book a last minute reservation and even waived the resort fee after hearing about our situation with the Tuxon. The resort was beautiful. We had a room near the pool with an amazing mountain view. The suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable for sleeping, but that’s often the case when traveling and the rest of our experience there made up for it. The location is great…close to many fun restaurants (we highly recommend Charrovida) and a Whole Foods. The pools were lovely. Very quiet and relaxing. There is an amazing hike on the Linda Vista trail, just miles from the resort. We are so happy we ended up at Westward Look and wish we could have stayed another day or two. It’s everything we were looking for and more. Highly recommend!!!

Loved the resort and the food! The only concern was the condition of the outlying areas, like the volleyball courts, and the need for landscaping in some areas.

This was our fifth stay at the Westward Look. The view of the mountains, the beauty of the property and the wonderful lap pool can't be beat!

The two things that stood out most for us was your staff and the relaxed, rather quiet and gentle the resort is. First of all, everyone who works there that we came into contact with deserves high praise. We enjoyed being around them, talking to them, and greatly appreciated the efforts they made for a pleasant stay. The layout of the resort is beautiful...uncluttered, enjoyable building colors and design, the landscaping is magnificent, the setting and view was terrific. I can't pick out one of your people for special praise because they all deserve it.

While some things had been upgraded, other things need attention, upgrade, repair. The patio doors are hazy and need upgrade. The area around the units need landscaping even if only in stones to make it more attractive. Take a look at Robson resorts and how tidy and well maintained their grounds are.
