Hotel con parcheggio a Casablanca

Bei elementi art deco nell'architettura. La reception ci ha generosamente permesso di effettuare il check-in a mezzogiorno; un grande vantaggio dopo un lungo volo e il viaggio dall'aeroporto all'hotel. Buona posizione a pochi passi dal mercato centrale e dal porto. Discoteche, tram e rotatoria nelle vicinanze creano un ambiente rumoroso fino a mezzanotte. Le mosche che volano all'ingresso lasciano una pessima impressione. La biancheria da letto è accettabile ma i cuscini della panca e le coperte decorative sono molto sporchi. Il letto matrimoniale è in realtà due letti matrimoniali uniti. La doccia tende a perdere acqua ovunque. Ci dicono che l'acqua è potabile ma il sapore del cloro è molto forte. Il prezzo di 385 MAD era in linea con quanto ricevuto

Difficilmente commento in modo negativo gli hotel in cui soggiorno ma questa volta mi tocca farlo. L'hotel è classificato 5 stelle ma spesso sono stata in 4 stelle decisamente migliori. Mio marito è da anni socio all (per anni gold), attualmente silver e quindi molto spesso beneficiamo di upgrade, so benissimo che non si tratta di un automatismo ma mai era successo che ci fosse assegnata una camera al 2 piano (primo piano occupato da camere) e perdipiu' vista tettoia, pensare che l'hotel ha ben 13 piani dedicati agli ospiti. La camera inoltre pur essendo una deluxe non era dotata ne' di ciabatte ne' di accappatoi (dopo aver chiesto 2 volte alla reception me ne hanno fatto avere ben uno!) La colazione è abbastanza varia ma non capisco il senso di lavare il pavimento mentre gli ospiti si stanno servendo al buffet; ho chiesto 2 the, me li hanno portati direttamente in tazza di cui una sbrecciata, niente cucchiaini, su richiesta me ne hanno portato uno. Buona la cena consumata in terrazza al sedicesimo piano anche se la descrizione relativa alla composizione dei piatti è stata un po' confusionaria. La camera era arredata con gusto ed il letto comodissimo. Una particolare nota di merito va al personale che si occupa dei bagagli e del posteggio, sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Mi spiace ma dovessi tornare a Casablanca cambierei hotel.

I travel frequently across the world in my line of work and had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Casablanca a few days ago. My stay was entirely unplanned, having had to move from another hotel just before midnight due to the air conditioning not working in the previous property. My company made contact with Yassine, the DM, who understood my situation and welcomed my transfer. Upon arrival at the Four Seasons, just after midnight, Yassine greeted me at reception, kindly welcoming me, understanding I have already had a difficult night. He asked staff to bring me a food menu as I hadn't eaten and gave me a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. He very kindly and personally gave me a tour of the property and delivered expert personal service to my needs. Shortly after entering my room, I noticed my room had already been turned down with the finest of detail. I felt very welcomed as a home away from home, ready for bed. Having stayed in over one thousand hotels throughout my adulthood, I can easily say that the bed I slept in was the softest, comfiest beds out of them all. I felt asleep instantly, In the morning I went down for breakfast, assisted by Maryem. She gave me a tour of the breakfast bar and offered me a preferred table. The breakfast was brilliantly cooked in front of me at the omelette station, where the chefs addressed all customers with the high level of service the Four Seasons Hotels are known for. Following breakfast I headed to the spa and met Ouijdame and Ibtissam who toured me through the spa facilities. They were very accommodating and provided excellent service. The spa was very clean, warm and the robes provided are very plush and comfy. I then headed back to my room to collect my case before checking out, just 12 hours after checking in as I had an early flight to catch. At checkout I was assisted by Soumia, again, delivering such high level service, with a smile and genuine kindness. It was a truly pleasurable stay, one that I have already planned to take again. I simply can not describe how wonderful the staff are in this property and while I note some names, I am sure that all of the staff there hold similar values and standards. Working in the hospitality industry, it is very easy for me to find a fault in some way, even if it is a very minor one. I could not find anything wrong with this property and would recommend it to anyone to visit. It is far more than a hotel, it is an experience to allow all guests to relax, destress, recover and rest. I have no doubt that if a small issue arose, staff would manage it professionally and quickly. Thank you to all at Four Seasons Casablanca for such an amazing stay, I will be back again soon.

È stato bello essere vicino a Casablanca. Rimasto qui per 3 giorni e 2 notti, e si è recato a Casablanca e è stato in grado di usarlo senza alcuna inconvenienza. Facilities and transport convenience of this price If you have a cool room, you will not be envious of a 5 star hotel. The price I found for the third time in my trip to Casa is also a good and good hotel! Il personale era molto amichevole e poteva comunicare in inglese e coreano.

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

Questo Hilton è una buona opzione per il vostro soggiorno a Casablanca, ma ricordate che è lontano dal centro della città e non c'è molto da vedere o fare - anche ristoranti - nella zona dell'hotel. Non è un problema se si affitta una macchina e se non si scarica l'app “In Drive” per muoversi. Un viaggio alla città costa circa MAD 100 (EURO 10), rispetto a EURO 30 a carico dei taxi. UBER non lavora in Marocco. L'hotel è nuovo, pulito, prezzi preziosi, con una bella piscina e palestra.

Hotel abbastanza centrale con camere molto ampie e ben arredate, letti comodi. La cena non la consiglio, neanche la colazione è degna di nota. Si tratta di buffet turistici, buono invece l'hammam e i massaggi.

I discourage using the Grand Mogador Casablanca. They do not have the amenities expected by travelers for a 5-star hotel. No casual restaurant, coffee bar, swimming pool nor lounge bar. If you want anything other than the expensive buffet, it has to be through room service or can order a small version of room service in the lobby sitting area. Although the rooms and lobby are very nice, it doesn’t make up for the lack of amenities. The most alarming part is that it is in a very run-down area of the city. This is not a walkable area for tourists and there is absolutely nothing close by. One of the ladies in our group got her water bottles confiscated by lobby security because you aren’t allowed to bring in any outside food or drink. There is no gift shop on the premises that sells water and snacks. She was able to retrieve it upon check-out. They couldn’t explain their reasoning for this policy! Head to the Corniche area. Much better for tourists.

I stayed at the Melliber Hotel for 5 nights in June 2023. I was a female travelling alone for an architectural research trip. I felt nervous because people said I must be mad travelling alone in Casablanca. For this reason, I had purchased door locks for my hotel door etc. I never used the lock once because the hotel felt safe and welcoming. It was clean. The breakfast was yummy - it varied slightly each day, serving a mix of cold salad of olives, salads, lovely fresh bread and you can purchase omelettes as a extra. The breakfast time was between 6.30-10.30am. I advise getting there around 9am. The hotel is in close vicinity to the mosque and therefore does not serve alcohol. I packed a few mini bottles of wine in my suitcase, to enjoy on my balcony. Although I did feel guilty drinking wine so close to the mosque. The double glazing is effective and the prayer calling doesn’t wake you up, although personally, the sound of the calling is comforting. You should note that the cafes and restaurants near the hotel, don’t serve alcohol. Once you travel past 1k, it seems to be served. I recommend walking down to the Central Market for a delicious fish lunch if you enjoy a glass of wine with your food. Being a city, the traffic is noisy and the drivers enjoy beeping their horns, so you will find that an evening on the balcony is not peaceful. However, it is much quieter than the Movenpick - which I visited one day. I sat on the 16th floor for a drink and a rest, and the sound of the noisy horns seems to travel upwards - it was deafening! On the last day, I had a problem charging my battery pack and the lovely Melliber staff went to the trouble of purchasing a power adaptor to make it work. It still didn’t work in the end, but I could tell that the staff really cared and wanted to fix the problem. You should know that UK phone power banks don’t tend to charge on Moroccan power). I had a problem with the return airport driver, booked through Expedia. The Melliber team made the necessary calls for me to ensure I had a return driver. I definitely don’t recommend Sahara Tours drivers - see my separate review for this. Finally, the hotel kindly upgraded me to suite with a balcony with the view of the mosque, which I requested by email. If there is any room for improvement, it would be that the Melliber website does’t work for me in the UK - I was directed to a page with a security warning and therefore I had to book through Expedia. It would be great if the hotel could provide a WhatApp number for taking bookings because my emails kept going into their spam before arriving which was stressful. Plus I purchased a data only ESIM for Morocco, and WhatsApp works well on this. All in all, I score this hotel a 5 for the reasons above. Thank you. I will book for 7 nights next year, assuming they can contact me on WhatsApp.
