Albergo moderno situato in tranquilla zona residenziale. Ha un parcheggio ma è molto piccolo e la gente parcheggia a cavolo quindi se entrano 10 macchine è già tanto. Lo staff non è molto accogliente, volevamo fare colazione (che non era inclusa) e mentre scendevamo le scale il signore ci ha urlato dalla reception che dovevamo pagare... Viva la gentilezza... Arrivati giù il buffet era tutto spento e non c'era niente, un ragazzetto ci ha detto che se volevamo fare colazione dovevamo pagare 100 dirham a testa.. allora abbiamo preso la nostra roba e ce ne siamo andati. Letto comodo e pulito. Ma in camera c'è un forte puzzo di fumo

Do not stay here!!! As you can see in the reviews the airport shuttle is a scam. I messaged one week in advance to ask if I could be collected they asked me to message again a day before, giving no indication that it may not be possible. Then a day before they said the driver is unavailable because it is Eid, which I had pointed out 1 week before, and they didn't warn me that could be an issue. I managed to get a taxi from the airport, and asked them to reimburse me at the hotel they refused. Very sad to see hotels not rectifying their mistakes. I hate leaving bad reviews but I was really shocked to see they would not accept any responsibility. I have the messages as proof, there was no indication that the shuttle would be an issue. Otherwise I would not have booked here, it's the only reason I booked because I knew it would be hard to find another option on Eid. Also the rooms are not anything special you can get much cheaper in a better location.

The staff was amazing. They were very accomodating. They helped with any issues, transportation etc. The bathrooms were a bit aging but everything worked. The only thing is we saw a couple of bugs in our rooms but they staff worked to make sure our rooms were changed.

All staff members were very caring and friendly. They did their best to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We recommend Casablanca Suits and Spa and will not hesitate to use it again.

The staff was absolutely the best. My flight was canceled and they were able to arrange a later airport pickup for me at the last minute. I sincerely appreciate how hospitable and caring the front desk attendant was upon my arrival. He also helped with arranging breakfast and a hamman treatment the following morning. I will absolutely return to this hotel the next time I visit Casablanca.

The staff is amazing . I booked last minute. They have a hotel shuttle . They cater to what ever you need. They are clean They are safe . The service again hand and foot . They went out of their way to assist me adventurers I planned . They always answered the phone . They let me sleep in . They smiled all the staff . Amazing two night stay is all I can say . The hotel is clean always someone is cleaning . Food delicious.
