Hotel Family-friendly a Casablanca

I travel frequently across the world in my line of work and had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Casablanca a few days ago. My stay was entirely unplanned, having had to move from another hotel just before midnight due to the air conditioning not working in the previous property. My company made contact with Yassine, the DM, who understood my situation and welcomed my transfer. Upon arrival at the Four Seasons, just after midnight, Yassine greeted me at reception, kindly welcoming me, understanding I have already had a difficult night. He asked staff to bring me a food menu as I hadn't eaten and gave me a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. He very kindly and personally gave me a tour of the property and delivered expert personal service to my needs. Shortly after entering my room, I noticed my room had already been turned down with the finest of detail. I felt very welcomed as a home away from home, ready for bed. Having stayed in over one thousand hotels throughout my adulthood, I can easily say that the bed I slept in was the softest, comfiest beds out of them all. I felt asleep instantly, In the morning I went down for breakfast, assisted by Maryem. She gave me a tour of the breakfast bar and offered me a preferred table. The breakfast was brilliantly cooked in front of me at the omelette station, where the chefs addressed all customers with the high level of service the Four Seasons Hotels are known for. Following breakfast I headed to the spa and met Ouijdame and Ibtissam who toured me through the spa facilities. They were very accommodating and provided excellent service. The spa was very clean, warm and the robes provided are very plush and comfy. I then headed back to my room to collect my case before checking out, just 12 hours after checking in as I had an early flight to catch. At checkout I was assisted by Soumia, again, delivering such high level service, with a smile and genuine kindness. It was a truly pleasurable stay, one that I have already planned to take again. I simply can not describe how wonderful the staff are in this property and while I note some names, I am sure that all of the staff there hold similar values and standards. Working in the hospitality industry, it is very easy for me to find a fault in some way, even if it is a very minor one. I could not find anything wrong with this property and would recommend it to anyone to visit. It is far more than a hotel, it is an experience to allow all guests to relax, destress, recover and rest. I have no doubt that if a small issue arose, staff would manage it professionally and quickly. Thank you to all at Four Seasons Casablanca for such an amazing stay, I will be back again soon.

Hotel abbastanza centrale con camere molto ampie e ben arredate, letti comodi. La cena non la consiglio, neanche la colazione è degna di nota. Si tratta di buffet turistici, buono invece l'hammam e i massaggi.

Eccellente. piscine, ambiente molto vivace e accogliente. Personale molto gentile sempre sorridente, ringrazio Ashraf Fulan per il tuo lavoro è stato molto gentile ha spiegato molto bene le cose a me e alla mia famiglia ed è stato sempre disponibile. Aria condizionata in camera ( essenziale) perfettamente funzionante! grande esperienza! ”

We were flying from the US to Europe on Royal Air Maroc and arranged for a 2 day layover in Casablanca. We reserved a room at the Hyatt Regency based on its location but not expecting more than a nice hotel. We decided to try to book transportation to and from the airport and a City tour and contacted the concierge desk by email. We were thrilled with the responsiveness of the concierge and the quality of the transportation and the guide provided. We extended our tour another half day due to the high quality. Although we only slept in the room, we were happy with the location, security and service provided at the hotel, including the housekeeping. We could not have been happier with the service and the hotel and would stay at the Hyatt on a return trip.

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

Grande hotel, e la parte migliore era il colazione. Chef Siham mi ha fatto alcuni dei migliori pancake marocchini (Msaman). È un grande posto dove si può provare cibo locale con contatto occidentale. Le cose sono anche molto amichevole e professionale. Non ho ancora provato la SPA, ma sembra costoso .

Buongiorno, sono stato con mio marito e i miei due bambini. Recommendo questo hotel , mini ketchette, frigo, forno, lavastoviglie, piccolo salone con TV, c'era anche una TV in faccia al letto della nostra camera. Balcone con tavolo e due sedie. Camera molto pulita, letto della camera molto confortevole, il divano letto, per contro non è confortevole, ma i bambini non ne capiscono. Due piccole bottiglie d’acqua, così caffè e tè sono offerti. Non ci sono serviette in camera, ne abbiamo ripreso la domanda e la donna di camera. Per il colazione, vi consiglio di andare prima delle 9:30, dopo che non c'è ancora meno scelta. Non lo sapevo, ma potevi chiedere uova sgusciate, girate, eccetera, e tè. Il parcheggio è gratuito ma limitato a pochi posti (circa 4,5 posti). Ho ricevuto un ottimo accoglienza, alla reception.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Eravamo in tre e siamo stati in un appartamento molto grande con soggiorno con angolo cottura due stanze e due bagni. Ottimo il garage e incluso. Colazione ottima e varia sia marocchina che internazionale. Carina la piscina al piano superiore . Insomma consigliato per chi va a Casablanca
