Hotel in zona Al FIRDAOUSS GARDEN, Casablanca

Buongiorno, sono stato con mio marito e i miei due bambini. Recommendo questo hotel , mini ketchette, frigo, forno, lavastoviglie, piccolo salone con TV, c'era anche una TV in faccia al letto della nostra camera. Balcone con tavolo e due sedie. Camera molto pulita, letto della camera molto confortevole, il divano letto, per contro non è confortevole, ma i bambini non ne capiscono. Due piccole bottiglie d’acqua, così caffè e tè sono offerti. Non ci sono serviette in camera, ne abbiamo ripreso la domanda e la donna di camera. Per il colazione, vi consiglio di andare prima delle 9:30, dopo che non c'è ancora meno scelta. Non lo sapevo, ma potevi chiedere uova sgusciate, girate, eccetera, e tè. Il parcheggio è gratuito ma limitato a pochi posti (circa 4,5 posti). Ho ricevuto un ottimo accoglienza, alla reception.

Grande servizio, eccellente cura, appartamento molto pulito, grande posizione, consiglio a tutti di provarlo.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Eravamo in tre e siamo stati in un appartamento molto grande con soggiorno con angolo cottura due stanze e due bagni. Ottimo il garage e incluso. Colazione ottima e varia sia marocchina che internazionale. Carina la piscina al piano superiore . Insomma consigliato per chi va a Casablanca

E'solo un hotel nel giardino, l'ambiente è molto tranquillo, elegante, pulito e molto raccomandato ai viaggiatori femminili.La classe di mobili dell'hotel è anche molto elegante, e il vento marocchino e l'Europa sono stati confusi.Il cortile può vedere i fiori caduti dal libro ogni giorno, è proprio come la pittura. Il personale mi ha dato dei fiori.Anche se il bagno è piccolo, ci sono ventilatori, piatti di dimensioni, lava capelli, rivestimenti, ecc.E'molto conveniente.La colazione è anche deliziosa.L'ambiente di pranzo è anche molto elegante. Un hotel molto romantico, sono molto soddisfatto e piacevole. Se avessi la prossima volta la possibilità di andare a Casablanca, scelgo.

Salve, dopo un anno ci si ritrova. Io e il mio gruppo di amici, 39 persone in tutto, siamo stati in questo hotel il 9 ed il 15 maggio scorso. Trattamento dai due volti. all'arrivo trattati come si deve per un hotel categoria 5*, camere accoglienti, munite di tutti i confort che si addicono a un 5 stelle, insomma servizio impeccabile, niente da ridire. al rientro dal tour, il 15 , stesso gruppo, trattati malissimo, pur sapendo del ns. arrivo, abbiamo aspettato un'ora per avere le chiavi delle camere perchè non avevano ancora provveduto, e non parliamo nelle ore antimeridiane, ma erano già le 19. abbiamo dovuto chiedere ben tre o quattro cambio camera, perchè quelle assegnate per vari motivi non andavano. Un servizio che in Italia non ti aspetti neanche da un 2*. vergognoso. Buono il ristorante si il primo che l'ultimo giorno.

La stanza era decente e apprezzava le strutture del doccia. Il nostro hotel ci ha dato uno studio invece dell'appartamento che abbiamo prenotato senza informarci. Inoltre, dovresti chiedere di ottenere le tute e la carta da bagno, che non sono state fornite.

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

I stayed this hotel as paid by a conference organizer. I did not pay myself and so my review might be biased. This hotel is one of the three hotels owned by the company running Companile Hotel which is located around the corner. The room I stayed is small but clean. There is a small desk and well air conditioned. What was missing to me was some coffee / tea with an electric kettle. But they were not needed this time because I was out of the room for almost all days during my 2-day stay. The shower’s water pressure and temperature could have been better but I guess some people don’t mind. The breakfast was decent and I wouldn’t mind staying again if it’s a day or two.
