We had a great time at Hotel Caribe, lovely main pool, and had a selection of smaller dipping pools and tubs to choose from. The parrots, sloths and birds live happily around the ground and it’s so lovely. Everyone that works here is so sweet and warm. We had a lovely chat to Antonio who hands over the towels by the pool, Marianny, the hostess is also very lovely and always checks you are having a nice time. Breakfast is great tho I think those with dietary restrictions may struggle as sometimes the signage isn’t too great. We didn’t have that problem so it didn’t bother us but maybe one to consider for other guests. Pizzas are great, but as others have commented, other lunch/dinner options aren’t great and quite pricey for what they are. Until this is sorted I recommend other travellers to eat breakfast at the hotel but other meals in Cartagena town as there’s lots of amazing options there! Our room was gorgeous and the bed so comfy!! Loved it, would come back again.

Molto buon hotel vicino alla spiaggia e alla vecchia città. Servizio utile e estremamente gentile in reception. Buon colazione con molta frutta e nessun limite. Tali colazione non sono disponibili in tutta la Colombia per 2 settimane. La piscina è aperta anche tardi la sera. Un piccolo piccolo per la mancanza di acqua potabile nella stanza, ma non credo che vi sia una tradizione simile in Colombia. Ho fortemente raccomandato questo hotel come Holida Inn. Utilizziamo questa rete molte volte in tutto il mondo e non ci sono mai stati problemi.

There was a lot of construction including the road the hotel access is on and the beach is all torn up at present. Walking south on the beach for a half hour is easy and walking a half hour into the old city is easy. Many great restaurants all around the hotel too. The security at the front door were wonderful, and always so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant food was inconsistent but some of the servers were incredible. We ate there frequently.

Abbiamo avuto modo di soggiornare all’interno di questo albergo nel mese di febbraio 2023 per tre notti. La nostra camera era abbastanza spaziosa, unica pecca l’attivarsi ogni tot ore di una caldaia nelle vicinanze che soprattutto nelle ore notturne ci ha disturbato a causa del forte frastuono. La colazione era abbastanza essenziale a base principalmente di frutta di stagione e cucina tipica. La posizione di questo albergo merita le 4 stelle perché ottimale per visitare a piedi la zona della Bocagrande area moderna di Cartagena , con numerosi ristoranti e locali dove poter trascorrere la serata senza allontanarsi troppo dal proprio alloggio. Personale alla reception cortese.

Ottimo attenzione, personale sempre rispettoso, bellissimo posto, molto bene la pulizia e mai un cattivo viso o un cattivo gesto. Tutti i miei ottimo personale mi piaceva molto la posizione, mini super e farmacie in gran numero nei dintorni Burger King attraversando la strada anche Starbucks, Mac Donald's a 100 metri, KFC a 50 metri, Spiaggia a 200 metri e una vasta gamma di ristoranti.
