Si può divertirsi molto bene in questo hotel, il cibo nel ristorante è davvero buono e il servizio è ancora migliore, le camere sono comode e i dipendenti sono gentili, amichevoli e buoni a fare il loro lavoro. Congratulazioni a tutti i dipendenti, soprattutto Alonso dal ristorante che era carismatico e professionale.

Excelente servicio, muy bien atendido , su personal está bien preparado para la atención al huésped. Habitación limpia. Ofrece playa a 50 mts pero actualmente no hay playa. Están en obra,.por lo que se debe desplazar más de 500mts para tener acceso a una. Los precios de los productos de minibar altísimos. Lo califico en general con 4.5/5

Nos quedamos aprox 18 personas en diferentes habitaciones del hotel, el servicio del hotel estuvo muy dispuesto para hacernos las acomodaciones como lo solicitamos, el hotel es pequeño pero esta recien remodelado, las mejores habitaciones estan en el segundo piso que son las remodeladas. En general buen aseo y todo en buenas condiciones, en el primer dia lo unico incomodo fue el ruido de una obra al lado pero nada delicado porque al fin y al cabo no permanecíamos en el dia en el hotel. En general si buscan algo economico, comodo pero no les interesa el lujo, es una buena opción.

We had a great time at Hotel Caribe, lovely main pool, and had a selection of smaller dipping pools and tubs to choose from. The parrots, sloths and birds live happily around the ground and it’s so lovely. Everyone that works here is so sweet and warm. We had a lovely chat to Antonio who hands over the towels by the pool, Marianny, the hostess is also very lovely and always checks you are having a nice time. Breakfast is great tho I think those with dietary restrictions may struggle as sometimes the signage isn’t too great. We didn’t have that problem so it didn’t bother us but maybe one to consider for other guests. Pizzas are great, but as others have commented, other lunch/dinner options aren’t great and quite pricey for what they are. Until this is sorted I recommend other travellers to eat breakfast at the hotel but other meals in Cartagena town as there’s lots of amazing options there! Our room was gorgeous and the bed so comfy!! Loved it, would come back again.

Questo è un ottimo hotel a Barrio crespo. Vicino alle spiagge e con splendide viste. Piscina sul tetto. Attento personale e il ceviche pesce era fuori dalla catena Molto nuovo e molto pulito. Molto raccomandato. Rimanga qui, non Boca Grande

This hotel was in the perfect location for us because it was within walking distance to many restaurants, and local vendors and a 9-minute drive to the Old Town. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the hot water was good as well. All the staff was pleasant, polite, and professional. They were very attentive and had a willingness to address issues while going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. However, some adjustments need to be made to improve the guest experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were wondering if it was closed because the door was locked. We had to knock for someone to let us in and that continued for the rest of our stay. Whenever we went out and came back, we had to knock. Also, for the nights we came back late, two females would be the ones answering the door, which seemed unsafe for them and the guests. We would also get a Whatsapp message with the same breakfast menu every night, requesting for us to place our order for the next morning. That made us feel pressured into giving a response and it was quite unfair because sometimes we couldn’t easily change our minds the next morning. The constant back and forth on the phone took time away from us enjoying our vacation. There was also loud music that was played every morning which interrupted our rest. We forgot to put the DND sign outside one night and the housekeeper entered our room early in the morning without knocking. Cleaning was also only available in the morning, so we had no choice but to wake up early if we wanted fresh sheets and towels. In addition to that, we requested an iron and iron board but we were told that the hotel did not have an iron board. The iron we received burnt a large hole in a brand new dress 30 seconds after it was plugged in, while on the lowest heat. We brought it to the attention of the front desk and they simply apologized but there was no compensation for the inconvenience, which was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Upon checking out, we were also given a form to fill out with our information and a rating of our stay at the hotel. The form also included a request for feedback, which was to be submitted before we left. We opted not to complete the form because no hotel should be forcing their guests to provide signed feedback on spot, that is what the booking reviews are for. These issues need to be addressed for the guest experience to be more positive.
