Carolina: i migliori hotel con palestra

I booked and then read some reviews. I got worried about noise for the nightclub and the condition of the hotel. Here's what I observed. I stayed on the 6th floor and it was a perfectly quiet stay. The pillows felt old and lumpy. There is a weird smell in the hallways and room, like a mustiness covered by fragrance. Maybe it's inevitable in humid Puerto Rico. The hotel hallways definitely look a little run down, nicks and scuffs that need paint or repair. Cana was a great restaurant, great service. I did have breakfast there the first day but other days went out to eat cheaper at IHOP - I just want eggs, that shouldn't cost $40. There is a Denny's in walking distance too which I didn't go to. (I'm not a snob for breakfast, i am for dinner!). That's all!

I appreciate the hotel's exceptional professionalism, impeccable cleanliness, and great location. The pool and beach area staff, front desk, and housekeeping team were attentive to the guests' needs. I extend special recognition to an outstanding employee, Fernando Carreras at the pool area. He exemplifies exceptional customer service engagement, diligently ensuring that only those with wristbands gain entry to the area. Observing him prevent a potential accident by addressing a guest with glassware near the pool and seeing his genuine passion for his job and the well-being of guests, reflects the dedication apparent in many of the staff members I met. It's a relaxing place!

Booked a suite and upon check in downgraded to a cheaper suite without telling us. Apparently our suite was not clean yet. At 8pm. We were comped dinner while we waited for the housekeeping which was ok. The club area of the suites was poorly or never stocked. Nice pool but no adult area or hours apparently. The hotel offers day passes to their pool which would explain the congestion. Beach area is a short walk and more peaceful. Food in all restaurants was ok. I needed to use pique often which they did have on request. I might stay again but won’t pay extra for the not so suite experience.

Tutto era bello. La stanza era pulita, il check-in/out era facile. Mi dispiace che non potessimo accedere all’area esterna al 6° piano, i miei bambini erano troppo brevi per guardare fuori dalla finestra, e sarebbe stato molto più divertente vivere fuori. Può essere un'entità separata, ma i prezzi al ristorante sono irritanti, e il rating 2.5 stella è sufficiente per far fuggire chiunque se può.

This hotel was nice. A little further from the Royal Caribbean port about 5 miles but taxis are cheap. The hotel was clean. The beds were decent. The pool had a swim up pool bar which was nice but it is between two buildings and the sun gets blocked at certain times . The evening reception was nice with free drinks snacks were popcorn and peanuts. It’s close to many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk. The airport noise was not bad at all. Never heard it in my room and wasn’t bad at the pool area. The breakfast had a lot of selection and was pretty good. . I felt it was a decent hotel for the price including the amenities. Wouldn’t stay for a vacation because I didn’t like the beach and I don’t know how we would get beach chairs that were supposed to be included in resort fee and the fact sun was blocked in pool area at certain times. Otherwise, was a nice hotel.

Check-in venerdì e siamo stati accolti alla reception da Maribel! Ha dato a tutta la nostra festa un ottimo servizio clienti durante l'intero soggiorno insieme a Pedro. Rimangono con Embassy Suites ha superato le nostre aspettative. Non vedo l'ora di tornare nell'estate 2021!

In generale non è una cattiva esperienza, eccetto l'odore che si riflette sotto la pulizia nella nostra classificazione.

Initial interaction was good, front desk was very nice, patient and understanding. Once I was checked in, I headed to my room, the hallways smelt like mold and smoke. I attempted to take a shower, there were small dirt particles on the shower floor not sure what from, was grossed out so I showered standing on a towel. Stepping out of the shower I noticed the sliding door wouldn’t close. It came off the hinges so when getting in and out of the shower I had to lift it back into its correct position or the door wouldn’t close. Told from desk about this issue assuming they would fix or change my room, they did nothing. Day 2, there were cockroach’s crawling in the bathroom and near the closet, told front desk about this issue, nothing was changed. Asked housekeeping for towels and waited 2 days to receive said towels. Stayed for 4 days in total. After making it back home, I realized I forgot my denim jacket in the closet. Called front desk 3 days straight inquiring about my jacket and no one found anything. Housekeeping is dishonest and stole. Overall experience at TRYP, 5/10.

Il club acquatico di San Juan Beach è sempre stato il mio viaggio quando una volta porto Rico. Sono in ristrutturazione. Sono cambiando proprietari, quindi stanno cambiando l'aspetto del luogo e aggiornandolo.
