Hotel con colazione inclusa a Carol Stream

Rey is an all-star! Every Hilton hotel needs a person like Rey! :-) He was quick to fix our room keys when we found out that they did not work properly. He was also super helpful in recommending a tire repair place since we had a leak during our drive to Illinois. Thank you Rey! For the hotel, we booked a king room for one night and our stay was incredible. The hotel was very busy but it never felt like it during our stay; the room was quiet, the pool was empty, and breakfast was always stocked well. The hotel is decorated in late 90's-early 2000's decor but that did not subtract from our comfort and relaxation. The shower worked well, the room was very clean, and housekeeping was always present if you were to need anything extra. The main lobby has coffee, tea, and lemon water for guests. It also has a microwave that guests can use to heat up food or drinks. And the pool was actually warm! We could not remember the last time we were in a warm hotel pool, it was such a bonus to us. There are many restaurants, stores, and gas stations nearby for all your needs. Something to note: the hotel is located by a very busy street, we heard loud vehicles at all hours; it did not bother us because we bring noisemakers for all our hotel visits, but this may bother some other guests. If you are looking for a great hotel in the Chicago suburb area, this Hampton Inn cannot be beat! Thank you again to Rey and other staff for a wonderful stay.
