We have stayed twice at the castle hotel and have always had a great time. My 5 and 2 year olds had a great time at this resort. We love all the little touches they do for the kids like the minifigure exchange and the lego scavenger hunt. My kids loved the outdoor play area, we spent a lot of time there when we weren't at Legoland. The included breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The staff always so friendly a special recognition to Jorge and Isidora in the lobby their kindness and service was great thank you very much for your attention. They have also recently added more electric vehicle charging stations which I was very happy about. We love coming here and plan to keep bringing the kids.

Staff was warm and welcoming, especially Jorge y Isidora, they both gave us some lego badges, very nice indeed. We were in a Wizard room on the 3rd floor that over looked the spacious courtyard, playground, pool and movie screen. The room was well designed quiet and comfortable. Loved the design that included energy efficiency. Complimentary water, juices, hot cocoa and coffee were waiting for us in the room. The kids enjoyed the scavenger hunt and opening the safe. The breakfast buffet was included and was impressive with healthy options, omelets and pancakes made to order and even lox and bagels. It's a bit pricey, although well worth the experience.

Nice hotel overall. Dinner at the Dragons Den was amazing. Nice play area and pool. Amenities are better than the Legoland hotel next door. Overall the family enjoyed their short stay. I will say, walls and floor are thin. We stayed on the second floor, and we were hearing constant stomping on the ceiling… maybe we were under a room with a kid on energy drinks, or under the hallway. Also, our window, was facing the Dragons Den Patio, you could hear everything outside. We could also hear people in the room adjacent to us. So… if you are looking for peace and quiet, I’d request the third floor and room facing the outside of the hotel. While we were hardly in our room… I think the stomping was a bit much for what we paid to stay here… but overall great experience.

We stayed at the Legoland Castle Hotel this past October 2024 and were so excited to take my family. However, we were disappointed to discover that we couldn’t open the windows at all! All the room windows are locked, which felt very confining, especially with the cool October weather outside—it would have been nice to let in some fresh air after a long day at the park. Sadly, after our three-day stay, my family and I became quite sick, and I can’t help but wonder if the lack of ventilation contributed to it. For a family-centered hotel, this lack of air circulation was a major letdown. Aside from this, the rooms were thoughtfully themed, and my kids adored the castle decor—it’s a magical environment for them. The amenities and activities are also plentiful and well-suited for children. However, given the hotel’s reputation and price, I expected a more comfortable and health-conscious experience.
