Not coming back .. dirty room and rude staff , old rooms and old bed

The hotel is definitely a wonderland for kids. Lots of energy in the atmosphere and friendly staff. Here’s my breakdown of my review: ROOM: 4 out of 5 stars We stayed on the 3rd floor at the adventure side. The room has a bunk bed that it’s perfect for kids, and has a light beside that kids can turn on when needed. The toilet has 3 levels of seats, from toddler to adult, which is great for little kids that need to go to the bathroom. They have free juice and water available in the room plus a fridge. No microwave though. However, all floors are equipe with a microwave close to the elevators. They also include a treasure chest that you can open when you complete a scavenger hunt as well as Lego toys that kids can play with. The reason why I gave it 4 out 5 was due to the room is really dark. There’s not enough natural light coming in, and there’s not enough bright lights to turn on to keep the room well lit. BUFFET: 3 out of 5 stars The food was average, nothing special. I felt that it was a bit overpriced for the type of food we get. One thing I didn’t understand is, why have hard naval oranges available when is hard to peel by hand and you need a knife to cut it? The staff were very friendly and courteous. SWIMMING POOL: 5 out of 5 The pool is perfect for families, and the life guards were very friendly. Just a heads up. If you have a swimming vest for your kids, it needs to be to be approved by the American Coast Guard Association in order to wear it in the pool. Otherwise you will have to put one of their swimming vest on. Free of charge of course. ARCADE: 1 out of 5 stars The arcade was not up to par as it should be. Some machines were broken and kids couldn’t play. Some machines didn’t read the cards very well and just eats up your money. The worst one to play was claw machine. This claw machine company is known to make the claw loose enough so you can’t win anything. That’s why owners love to have it, it makes them more money. Just Google the company and you’ll see what I mean. LOBBY AND HALLS: 5 out 5 stars Lots to do in the lobby to keep your kids entertained. I also love that the elevator has its own discotheque. Overall, the hotel was great. My family and I really enjoyed it and we will come back some time in the future.

This week was one to remember. First time experience for all three of us (hubby, my 5 year old son and I This was a childhood dream came true for all of us. We were blessed with being able to get the full on experience with themed room at Legoland Hotel, birthday celebration, in house breakfast, character meet & greet and lots of activities in the hotel. Upon arrival we were assisted with our luggage, you get a luggage claim ticket and they take everything up to your room for you. Our room was pirate themed It got a little noisy around 8am (people heading to breakfast) and around 9pm (people heading to their room after the pool or night activities), nothing major though. No other issues in our room at all. Breakfast was phenomenal!!!!! It's included with your stay. Buffet style wth so much to choose from. Omelet bar, yogurt, fruit, toast, smoothies, oatmeal, cereal, BACON, ham, sautéed veggies ... etc.... we met Jorge Ignacio who fortunately had a space baby my son was fascinated very nice guy talked with my son and congratulated him on his birthday he does a great job in this hotel this boy. All staff was super nice and friendly. Dance party from 6-9pm was super fun! My son decided to dance the very last night we were there in his Kai costume which gave him a lot of attention. Pool is decent and accommodates to all ages, they provide life jackets and towels. Giant water legos were a hit, but I can see how the older kids can take over on those... Check out was a breeze. After breakfast we walked up to valet, they asked for our room number, they went up to our room to get our luggage and when we came back down, our car was there, our luggage was all loaded and we were ready to go. My son had 3 favorite parts to the hotel: 1. The elevator ride was always a party. 2. Whoopie cushion outside the elevator 3. Find a space baby with Jorge Overall, my son had a blast and kept saying "I'm going to miss this place" We will return soon!
