Legoland Hotel at Legoland California Resort

Not coming back .. dirty room and rude staff , old rooms and old bed

披着樂高外衣的快捷酒店，但小朋友超級愛，外面都是可以玩兒的樂高，各種活動也很多。房間有上下鋪，拉開還能睡一個，實際可以住兩大三小。去樂高樂園不能更方便了！ 吃的還可以，不貴，有密碼箱，解鎖後送了兩包樂高玩具。總之就是適齡小朋友的天堂，大人不用抱太多期望，不是五星級酒店的設施。

非常超出預期，但是住一天足矣

We stayed here for 2 nights. At first we only booked 1 night, but after a full day in the park boy was I glad we booked the second night. The guys at the bell desk were really great. Really helpful and got our luggage all settled so we could make our dinner reservations. The lobby is very chaotic. It was a lot to take in, but the kids were very excited. The room was everything and more for our kids. They loved finding the treasures, they loved the bunk bed, and all the decor. I'm not sure if I was exhausted from traveling or the park, but the beds were very comfortable. We had no trouble sleeping. I also tested out the bunk beds, and they were comfortable too! Breakfast is included with your stay, but remember to make reservations. It's not automatic dining reservations with your stay. We did walk over to the castle hotel, for some reason things seemed calmer in thar lobby. I'm not sure if it's all the colors and music at the Legoland hotel, but it was a lot to take in. I also noticed the castle hotel has 3 elevators compared to 2 at Legoland. The laundry machines are also located only in the castle hotel. If we go to Legoland again, I think we will try the Castle hotel. It might seem like the less chaotic option.

Kids love it, but it’s a rough experience for any more than a single night. Think of a Motel 6, a EDM festival and a preschool classroom, all mashed up. The themed rooms are very cool. The food is awful, no matter the buffet or anywhere else (odd, given food in the park is pretty good). Service is totally non-existent - hospitality is a foreign concept here. Icing on the cake for our 2 night stay is there being no other option for food after 8pm than the Skyline restaurant where literally half the tables were empty, but being told it would be a 20 minute wait. Some aspects of this place, including food availability, are totally not family friendly. For the price, the experience falls far short of what’s expected.

The most expensive hotel we stayed at in the US, it’s worth it for the experience, easy entry to Legoland and an amazing buffet breakfast but I was shocked the pool closed at 8PM on the dot when families usually leave the park late & you can’t just pick up the phone to call reception!
