Received a very warm welcome, check-in and check-out was swift and easy. Very comfortable room without any noise, ideal if you are looking for a quiet place to rest and relax. Loved the experience. Will definitely come again.

La struttura è stata molto attraente, con un'aria condizionata e un'aria condizionata. La camera aveva tutte le strutture necessarie per un soggiorno confortevole, dal bagno ai vestiti, tutti forniscono un'atmosfera rilassante. Sicuramente resterà di nuovo, grazie a tutti coloro che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno così bello. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Il personale è molto amichevole e utile! La mattina, controllo la signora al contenitore che mi ha offerto di aiutarmi a immagazzinare il mio bagaglio, così posso guardare la città senza farsi carico. Il cameriere in alto del ristorante è anche utile che aiuta a prendere il pasto in basso per me per il rilascio (ma io suggerisco ancora di ottenere scatole di carta per la consegna di cibo). Dopo aver chiesto di fare un torso di denti di notte, il personale ha dimenticato di portarmi uno, quindi devo scendere a prenderlo.

Il servizio è eccellente, abbiamo una camera molto comoda, una ricezione per la casa e un ristorante eccellente. Abbiamo amato il colazione, grandi scelte. La sauna e la piscina erano grandi. Il personale è meraviglioso in tutto l'hotel. Ci ritorneremo certamente. Grazie!

Perfect Hotel to explore Cardiff! Really central. Lovely friendly staff. In fact every single person we met in Cardiff was so so friendly! Couldn't believe how quiet it was in the rooms considering we were there on a Six Nations weekend. Superb security on a Six Nations weekend that ensured only residents could access the Hotel. The rooms are compact, but perfectly formed, you have everything you need!! Bed was super comfy too! We didn't opt for breakfast so can't comment on that, but I would highly recommend this great Hotel. We would absolutely return!

Good location, comfy bed nice bedding Good breakfast. Friendly staff Dated rooms very tired. Stained carpet. Very old bathroom. Windows do not open and NO air Con in room which made sleeping really bad. Was a fan to blow hot air around and free water Fine if you get a good rate but mine was extremely expensive over £300 for 1 night (as Cardiff was very busy) photos online make rooms look better than they are (or mine at least) I will not stay again

Ho avuto un sacco di spazio in una stanza solo in base così la stanza era piccola ma è ok.Colazione a £15.50 ognuno era decente come un sacco di scelta e cucinato per glutine gratis. Parcheggio a £15 per notte era anche buono. L'hotel stesso sta iniziando a mostrare la sua età, ma la ricezione, la casa principale e la zona bar erano molto carine.

Tutto era eccellente. Benvenuto da Karl. Suggerimenti locali utili. Camera spaziale. Vicinanza tranquilla. Grandi parcheggi. Buon colazione. L'hotel offre un'unica unità che ci ha accuratamente goduto, tra cui la sala / la zona della biblioteca.

I was here for one night with a tour group and was grateful it was only one night. This hotel is right in the city of Cardiff, across from a Cineplex and shopping. I was on a second floor. No air conditioning so be prepared to leave your windows open if it's warm and to hear street noises. It's not the hotel's faulty, but there was a stag party going on across the street at the pub and they were singing and yelling until 3:30 am- not exactly helping anyone to sleep. (If there had air-conditioning, you could keep your windows closed and not hear as much noise). The room was unspectacular but fairly clean. The hotel could have used a makeover. It was adequate for the time I spent there but I'd never return. The hallways are very confusing for exits and entrances. The lobby is particularly strange (see the photos). The buffet breakfast was just okay and it was overrun with tour groups like ours- making for shuffling and pushing your way through the crowds to get coffee and food. It was a ”meh” for me.
