Wasn't great mostly due to the fact that you had Taxi drivers outside beeping horns all hours of the night. People fighting and shouting outside the hotel. As well as the Fire alarm going off at about 10:40pm. I had to check out by 04:50 Am to catch a train and I didn't get to sleep until about 2:30am This hotel is however right next to Cardiff Central Station so perfect for Travelling by train. Which is why I booked here. After explaining my stay to reception I asked for a bottle of water for my travels and it was given to me complimentary which I really appreciated. The hotel Staff were polite and welcoming, however and the room was quite clean. TV didn't work however which is a shame.

The Angel Hotel was perfect for a short City Break. The staff were all great, friendly and professional. Check in and out was simple. The room was ideal, slightly dated but everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had a good powerful flow. We were only there for one night so the only other service I tried was the Bar. Again the service was first class. The Hotel has a central location just opposite the Castle. I would highly recommend this Hotel and I would definitely book again. Thank you.

Tutto era eccellente. Benvenuto da Karl. Suggerimenti locali utili. Camera spaziale. Vicinanza tranquilla. Grandi parcheggi. Buon colazione. L'hotel offre un'unica unità che ci ha accuratamente goduto, tra cui la sala / la zona della biblioteca.

Il centro di raffreddamento, le tende che si fermavano e non volevano chiudere, e una piastra di colazione così piccola, non era quasi una parte di un bambino. La vostra esperienza nel mio dormitorio è andata in collina, i corridoi erano stati dipinti (non bene) in un grigio industriale (moderno?), ma ha cominciato a peeling e sembra tatty in luoghi che lo fanno sembrare oppressivo e più come un ostello economico. La camera da letto, le dimensioni erano buone, era spaziosa e aveva un magazzino decente, ma il tema grigio continuava, ma non avevano aggiornato alcun mobilio che fosse un effetto di beach leggero. Aveva un ”doppio”, ma due letti erano stati spinti insieme, sarebbe stato bello, ma i pannelli unici, legati al muro, sembravano ridicoli e fuori di allineamento al letto. Le cabine del letto erano troppo lontane (e troppo pesanti per muoversi) e non era facile trovare le cose. Il letto, sarebbe stato come dormire confortevole sul pavimento, ma per i fan di un letto super duro, questo è il posto! Cercava di chiudere le tende e un lato era chiaramente bloccato, con una lotta massiccia prima del letto.Colazione: era un affare di buffet. Selezione decente di prodotti cucinati, anche se solo caldo, ma la mia più grande influenza è stata un evidente tentativo di controllare le porzioni dall'hotel di fornire piastrelle molto piccole. Devono contare su persone che sono troppo imbarazzate per andare in piedi due volte, che hanno lavorato nel mio caso, anche se ho ricevuto pane e formaggio come corso complementare. Per citare, al mio piano (5), il segnale alla mia stanza dopo aver lasciato l’ascensore mi ha mandato in giro per il lungo cammino, per nessun motivo che potessi lavorare! No, non lo consiglio qui. Puoi fare molto meglio per il prezzo.

Stayed one night. Not sure if because of renovation, the reception area wasn't very welcoming, pretty much self check-in set up but staffed too. Busy hotel, popular pool, gym, need to wait your turn for sauna & steam room but Impressed with facilities. Room service food was basic. The room definitely need updating and shower pressure not great. Overall fine though, would stay again.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Cardiff West Premier Inn durante la nostra visita alla famiglia per Natale, l'hotel è un po' datato ma eccezionalmente pulito! Il caffè e il tè sono disponibili in camera e il parcheggio è gratuito, ma un punto di vista importante del nostro soggiorno è stato il bellissimo e amichevole Ella (Credo che il suo nome fosse) sul desk. La ragazza che ci ha fatto sentire molto benvenuti durante il nostro soggiorno e che era molto attenta ogni volta che avevamo bisogno di qualcosa, aveva sempre un sorriso sul viso e una ragazza molto chattata! In tutto, un soggiorno molto bello che ha davvero fatto il nostro Natale molto meglio 😀
